ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը տարածել է հայտարարություն` Հայաստանում  ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ։ Հայտարարությունը ուշագրավ է նրանով, որ հեղափոխությունից հետո թերևս առաջին անգամ ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը նկատել է ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուների նկատմամբ կիրառվող ճնշումները: «Մեզ նաև հասել են ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուների նկատմամբ ճնշումների մասին հաղորդումներ։ Խրախուսում ենք իշխանություններին հետաքննել չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ մեղադրանքները»,- ասված է դեսպանատան տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:

Անշուշտ սա ընդհանրական բարձր գնահատականների շղարշով լավ քողարկված մեսիջ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ընդ որում՝ միակը չէ վերջին շրջանում: Ամիսներ առաջ Freedom House-ը՝ ֆեյսբուքում օգտատիրոջ կողմից ՀՀ վարչապետին վիրավորանք հասցնելու առթիվ քրեական գործ հարուցելու վերաբերյալ հայտարարել էր, որ դա խորհրդանշում է ժողովրդավարական նորմերի ակնհայտ հետընթաց Հայաստանում: Դրանից շաբաթներ առաջ էլ Freedom House իրավապաշտպան կառույցը հրապարակել է անցումային շրջանի երկրների 2021 թվականի զեկույցը, որի համաձայն՝ Հայաստանն անկում է գրանցել: Այն առավել տհաճ է՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Freedom House-ի նախորդ զեկույցում Հայաստանը ներկայացվել է որպես աննախադեպ առաջխաղացում ապահոված երկիր:

Քաղաքական մակարդակով Պետդեպը պարբերաբար վրդոմունքն է հայտնում առ այն, որ Փաշինյանը չի շտապում մեկընդմիշտ մերժել Մոսկվայի առաջարկած 3+3 ֆորմատը: ՔՊ և մերձիշխանական սորոսական խմբերի քննադատական ձայնն էլ ավելի բարձր է լսվում վերջին շրջանում: ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից հետո սորոսական իրավապաշտպան ՀԿ-ներն էլ իրենց հերթին հանկարծ արձանագրեցին տարաբնույթ խախտումներ և ընտրատեղամասերում չարաշահումներ կարկառուն ՔՊ-ականների կողմից:

Ինչի՞ մասին է այս ամենը խոսում և ի՞նչ է հասկացնում Արևմուտքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Առաջին հերթին պետք է փաստել, որ ԱՄՆ-ն հասկանում է՝ Փաշինյանը ժամանակ է ձգում միջանցքի հարցին լուծում տալու պրոցեսում, բացի այդ նա ակնհայտորեն պատրաստ չէ ավարտել Մոսկվայի հետ քաղաքական սիրախաղը, որն էլ չի վրիպում ԱՄՆ հայացքից: Փաստացի Փաշինյանին հասկացնում են, որ այսպես շարունակելու դեպքում հայտարարություններին հետևելու են գործողությունները և Արևմուտքը վերջնականապես ձեռքերը լվանալու է ՀՀ թավշյա ղեկավարից...:
