ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ արդյունքում համաքաղաքացու նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով 36-ամյա տղամարդ է ձերբակալվել:

Այս մասին հայտնել են Քննչական կոմիտեից՝ մանրամասնելով, որ  2021թ. դեկտեմբերի 7-ին, ժամը 21:10-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին ահազանգած քաղաքացին տեղեկացրել է, որ որդուն դանակահարել են: Նույն օրը «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից ստացված մեկ այլ ահազանգի համաձայն՝ շտապօգնության  խումբը  Երևանի Ա. Ավետիսյան փողոցում գտնվող շենքերից մեկի բնակարանից, կտրած-ծակած վերքերով, բուժօգնության է տեղափոխել նույն բնակարանի բնակչին:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության համապատասխան բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ տղամարդը նշված մարմնական վնասվածքը ստացել է նույն օրը՝ ժամը 20:55-ի սահմաններում, Վաղարշյան փողոցում գտնվող բենզալցակայանի դիմաց Երևանի 36-ամյա բնակչի  հետ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում:  Ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ վերջինս իր մոտ գտնվող սուր  կտրող-ծակող առարկայով մի քանի անգամ հարվածներ է հասցրել վերոնշյալ տղամարդու մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ,  որի նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում:

36-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։  

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է 

անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության 

օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
