Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ժամանակ տվեց ընդդիմությանը հանձնաժողովի տեղակալի թեկնածու առաջադրելու համար

ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը հայտարարեց, որ ԱԺ իրավակարգավորումները թույլ են տալիս իշխող խմբակցությանը իր կողմից նախագահի տեղակալի թեկնածու առաջադրել, սակայն ժամանակ են տալիս ընդդիմությանը իրենց թեկնածուին ներկայացնելու համար:

«Գիտեք, որ անցյալ շաբաթ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը թեկնածու չի ներկայացրել և, ըստ ԱԺ կանոնակարգ Սահմանադրական օրենքի, 138-րդ հոդվածի տվյալ իրավասությունը անցնում է ամենամեծ գործակից ունեցող քաղաքական ուժին, այսինքն` «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությանը»,-հանձնաժողովին նիստին ասաց Քոչարյանը:

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը նշեց, որ այժմ գտնվում են իրավակարգավորման այլ տիրույթում և պետք է շարժվել ըստ այդ տիրույթի,  այն է՝ իշխող խմբակցությունը իրավասու է իր կողմից թեկնածու առաջադրել: Քոչարյանը հավելեց, որ իրենք այս պահին թեկնածուն չեն առաջադրելու:  

«Դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ մեր խմբակցությունը ցանկություն չունի ընդդիմությանը հասանելիք թափուր պաշտոնը անմիջապես վերցնել և ակնկալում ենք, որ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության հետ կորոշի և կներկայացնի հնարավոր տարբերակներ, հակառակ դեպքում կանոնակարգ օրենքը տալիս է իրավական լուծումներ,  այն է՝ իշխող խմբակցությունը ինքն է որոշելու հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալի թեկնածուն ով կարող է լինել»,- եզրափակեց Քոչարյանը:

ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ մինչ այս պահը չի ընտրվել, քանի որ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը, որին պատկանում էր հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալի թեկնածու առաջադրելու իրավասությունը, այդ պաշտոնում անընդհատ առաջադրում էր Արթուր Ղազինյանի թեկնածությունը, որին իշխող խմբակցության պատգամավորները չէին ընտրում: Հանձնաժողովի նախորդ նիստին «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը որևէ մեկի թեկնածությունը չէր առաջադրել:
