Առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանն ակնհայտորեն չի հաշտվում խորհրդարանում հայտնվելու մտքի հետ: Վերջինս ցանկանում է ամեն գնով վերադառնալ գործադիր և ստանալ ավելի մեծ իշխանություն ու լծակներ ենթադրող պաշտոն:

Այդ ուղղությամբ Թորոսյանը բավականին ջանասիրաբար է աշխատում: Մասնավորապես, շաբաթներ առաջ նախկին նախարարը բացահայտ քննադատությամբ էր հանդես եկել առողջապահության գործող նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի դեմ: Թորոսյանն ակնարկում էր, որ նախարարը զբաղված է միայն մարդկանց պատվաստելով, մինչդեռ ոլորտում կան այլ չլուծված խնդիրներ: Ավանեսյանի դեմ հուժկու արշավ սկսեցին նաև սորոսական ՀԿ-ները և մեդիան, իսկ հաշվի առնելով, որ Թորոսյանը կարկառուն սորոսական է՝ այդ արշավը պատահական համարել չի կարելի:

Այնուհետև տեսնելով, որ Փաշինյանը չի շտապում իրեն վերադարձնել նախարարի պաշտոնին՝ Թորոսյանն ավելի բարձր նշաձող սահմանեց: Մամուլը գրել էր, իսկ ՔՊ-ից չէին հերքել, որ կուսակցության նիստին Արսեն Թորոսյանն ինքնաառաջադրվել էր փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում: Սուրեն Պապիկյանին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար նշանակելուց հետո իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» ու վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում մի քանի թեկնածուի են դիտարկել, այդ թվում նաև՝ վարչապետի խորհրդական Արայիկ Հարությունյանին:  ՔՊ վարչության նիստի ժամանակ, երբ քննարկվելիս է եղել փոխվարչապետի հարցը, առողջապահության նախկին նախարար, այժմ ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանն ինքնաառաջադրվել է։ Տեսնելով, որ որևէ մեկն իրեն չի առաջադրում` ինքն է դա արել, ինչին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է, թե նրան այլևս չի տեսնում գործադիրում: Այս ամենի մասին մամուլը գրել էր, իսկ վարչության նիստին ներկա ՔՊ-ականները, ըստ էության, հաստատել:

Դուրս մնալով նաև այս պաշտոնի համար մրցակցությունից՝ Թորոսյանը, այնուամենայնիվ, չի հանձնվել: Նրա հերթական թիրախը Երևանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնն է: Համենայնդեպս, այդպիսի տպավորություն է ստեղծվում հետևելով, թե ինչպիսի եռանդով է Թորոսյանը վերջին օրերին հրապարակավ քննադատում դեռևս գործող քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանին: Թորոսյանը, մասնավորապես, հայտարարել է, որ Մարությանը խզել է կապը իրեն պաշտոնի բերած քաղաքական ուժի հետ և վերջինիս, ըստ էության, մեղադրել է անշնորհակալ և անպատասխանատու լինելու մեջ:

Ակնհայտ է, որ Թորոսյանի նպատակն է ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններում դառնալ ՔՊ քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն: Սակայն հարց է՝ արդյո՞ք Փաշինյանը վերջին ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում մի շարք խոշոր քաղաքներում կուրացիա արած և իր գործը տապալած Թորոսյանին կվստահի՞ Երևանը, թե ոչ:
