«Իրավունք». Ինչո՞ւ հանվեց ՀՀԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնը

«Իրավունք» թերթը գրում է. «Հանրապետական կուսակցության 17-րդ համագումարի գլխավոր ինտրիգը, թերեւս կուսակցության նոր գործադիր մարմնի ընտրություններն էին: Պարզվեց` ՀՀԿ ղեկավար կազմի շարքերից դուրս են մնացել պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, ՀՀԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, ԱԺ հինգերորդ գումարման փոխնախագահ, ՀՀԿ կանանց խորհրդի նախկին նախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր Կարեն Կարապետյանը (Տաշիր), տրանսպորտի եւ կապի նախկին նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը, սփյուռքի նախկին նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը:

Նրանց փոխարեն ՀՀԿ ԳՄ շարքերը կհամալրեն ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Հայկ Մամիջանյանը, Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը, Աննա Մկրտչյանը, ՀՀԿ նախկին պատգամավորներ Մարգարիտ Եսայանը եւ Կարինե Աճեմյանը, որը նաեւ ղեկավարում է ՀՀԿ կանանց խորհուրդը, ինչպես նաեւ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար, ԱԺ հինգերորդ գումարման արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը:

Հատկանշական էր այն, որ ՀՀԿ-ականները կուսակցության նորընտիր ղեկավար կազմից միայն Հայկ Մամիջանյանին էր, որ դեմ ոչ ոք չէր քվեարկել, եւ ընտրվեց 520 կողմ ձայներով, մյուսները ստացան նաեւ դեմ ձայներ:

Ի դեպ, «Իրավունքի» հետ զրույցում ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի անդամ Սամվել Նիկոյանն ասաց, որ ՀՀԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոն այլեւս չի լինելու, իսկ թե ինչու, կատակեց. «Պարզապես, առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնը մեր կուսակցության վրա չի գալիս»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀԿ առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնը ձեւավորվելուց հետո` այն զբաղեցրեց նախկին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ապա Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, որոնցից առաջինը դադարեցրել է անդամակցությունը կուսակցությանը, երկրորդը՝ գրեթե երեք տարի է, ինչ մեկնել է ուսման Միացյալ Նահանգներ ու այդպես էլ չի վերադարձել»:
