ԱՄՆ-ից Սայմոն Քերթիսը թարմ աղցան է գնել ու տուփի ներսում կենդանի գորտ գտել, գրել է The Independent-ը։ Տղամարդը որոշել է ոչ թե այն դեն նետել, այլ ընտանի կենդանի դարձնել։

Ինչպես պատմել է ամերիկացին, ինքը սուպերմարկետից աղցանի տուփ է գնել եւ չգիտի, թե ինչպես է այնտեղ հայտնվել փոքրիկ կանաչ գորտը։ Բացի այդ, Սայմոնը չէր հասկանում, թե ինչ անել կենդանու հետ՝ չէր ցանկանում փողոց նետել։

«Աղցանի մեջ մի գեղեցիկ գորտ գտա: Այն մի քանի օր է, ինչ ապրում է սառնարանում, բայց չեմ ցանկանում նրան փողոց նետել։ Որեւէ մեկը գիտի՞, թե ինչ անել, որպեսզի այն չսատկի», - հետեւորդներից հարցրել է Սայմոնը:

Ավելի ուշ տղամարդը հայտնել է, որ գորտը առողջ տեսք ունի։ Մտածելով՝ Քերթիսը որոշել է կենդանուն թողնել տանը՝ նրան ընտանի կենդանի դարձնելով։ Ամերիկացին գորտին անվանել է Թոնի եւ աղցանի տուփից տնակ պատրաստել նրա համար։

Բացի այդ, Քերթիսը կապ է հաստատել փորձագետների հետ, ովքեր ասել են, որ Թոնին սովորական կանաչ ծառի գորտ է, որը սնվում է որդերով։ Սակայն, չնայած կյանքի հարմարավետ պայմաններին, Սայմոնի ընտանի կենդանին մի քանի անգամ փորձել է փախչել։

Տղամարդն այս պահին լիովին վստահ չէ՝ կպահի գորտին, թե բաց կթողնի։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, որոշումը կկայացվի ձմռանից հետո։

«Ես մեծ սիրով եմ վերաբերվում Թոնիին, սակայն նաեւ չեմ ուզում նրան զրկել վայրի բնության մեջ ապրելու հնարավորությունից», - մեկնաբանել է տղամարդը:
