Շատ կարևոր է, որ ասուլիսի ընթացքում նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն արձանագրեց, որ Հայաստանում արտագաղթն աննախադեպ ծավալների է հասել, որ այս վարչախմբի գործողությունների հետևանքով մենք 21 թվականին նոր գերիներ և տարածքային կորուստներ ենք ունեցել։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Կարևոր է, որ փաստարկված ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը ժողովրդավարական կղզուց վերածվել է բռնապետական երկրի, որտեղ թիվ մեկ պաշտոնյան տեղից տեղ տեղաշարժվում է բացառապես ոստիկանական մեծաթիվ ուժերի առկայության պայմաններում։ Լավ է, որ մեկ անգամ ևս շեշտեց, թե ինչ էինք ստանալու Քի Վեսթի վավերացման դեպքում՝ Արցախով, Բերձորով Հայաստան։

Կարևոր է, որ ցույց տվեց, թե տնտեսությունն ինչ խայտառակ վիճակում է, և որ գործող վարչախումբը խնդիր չի դրել վերականգնել բանակը։ Վերջապես նա շատ հստակ ասաց, թե ինչ է ենթադրվում սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման տակ։ Լավ է, որ հանրությանը շատ պարզ բացատրեց, թե ինչու հենց հիմա Թուրքիան որոշեց բանակցել Հայաստանի հետ։ Անչափ կարևոր եմ համարում, որ նախագահն արձանագրեց, որ մինչև հիմա չեն հրապարակվել պատերազմի զոհերի անունները։

Իսկ որքան դիպուկ էր նախագահի հետևյալ հարցադրումը՝ Մադրիդյան սկզբունքներն էին լա՞վը, թե փուլայինն ու այս վիճակը, Կազանյան տարբերակն էր լա՞վը, թե փուլայինն ու այս վիճակը։ Հասկացողը այս հարցադրումից և  կոշտ վայրէջքի մասին հիշեցումից հետո պետք է երկար և խորը մտորի այս ու այն քահլն անելուց կամ այս ու այն միտքն արտահայտելուց առաջ։

Այսուհանդերձ, ինձ համար, Արցախի պատերազմին նահատակ որդի ձեռք բերած ծնողների գերակշիռ մասի, արցախցիների համար, հայաստանցիների առողջ հատվածի համար ամենակարևորն այն է, որ նախագահը շեշտեց, որ ամեն ինչ դեռ կորսված չէ, Արցախը կորսված չէ և անգամ ծանր բանակցություններից ու աշխատանքից հետո հնարավոր հետ բերել կորցրածի գոնե մի մասը, և որ խելքը գլխին, այս երկիրը սիրող իշխանության դեպքում դեռ կարող ենք ուղղել մեր ողնաշարը։

Այ հենց սա էր ամենակարևորը»։
