«Պահեստազորի սպաներ» շարժումը համագործակցության վերաբերյալ հուշագրեր ստորագրեց Հայոց Ազգային Գվարդիայի և «Իրավունքի եւ արժեքների գերակայություն» իրավապաշտպան ՀԿ հետ եւ հանդես եկան համատեղ հայտարարությամբ․

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործող իշխանություններն իրենց ապաշնորհ և ազգադավ ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքականության հետևանքով երկիրը կանգնեցրել են կործանման եզրին։
Անցած գրեթե չորս տարիների ընթացքում հանցավոր - իշխանություններն իրենց հակազգային քաղաքականությամբ հայ ժողովրդի տարբեր շերտերի միջև սերմանեցին ատելություն, վարկաբեկեցին Հայոց բանակն ու Հայ եկեղեցին, շարունակաբար արժեզրկում են Հայոց պատմությունն ու Հայ գրականությունը։

Լուրջ հարված է հասցվել երկրի անվտանգությանը, տարածքային ամբողջականությանը
և ինքնիշխանությանը:

Գնահատելով երկրի համար այս օրհասական իրավիճակը և համոզված լինելով, որ իշխանության ամենօրյա գործունեությունը և կատարվող քայլերը միտված են ոչ միայն Հայաստանի և Արցախի ինքնիշխանությանը, այլ նաև պետականության կործանմանը, «Պահեստազորի սպաներ» շարժումը, Հայոց Ազգային Գվարդիան և «Իրավունքի եւ արժեքների գերակայություն» իրավապաշտպան ՀԿ-ն կոչ են անում բանակի, ոստիկանության, ԱԱԾ-ի, ուժային և իրավապահ մյուս կառույցների ծառայողներին, գիտության, մշակույթի և արվեստի ներկայացուցիչներին միավորել ջանքերը, հմտություններն nւ ունակությունները, փորձն nւ գիտելիքները հանցավոր իշխանություններից օր առաջ ազատվելու համար՝ նպատակ ունենալով վերականգնել երկրի կառավարման բնականոն ընթացքը և ապահովել պետության հետագա գոյությունը:

Միաժամանակ կրկին կոչ ենք անում գործող ապօրինի և հակազգային իշխանությունների վերջին պատվար հանդիսացող ոստիկանության, ազգային անվտանգության և դատախազության աշխատակիցներին` դադարե՛ք կատարել հոգեվարքի մեջ գտնվող իշխանությունների անօրինական հրամանները:
Եթե ունեք պատվի և արժանապատվության զգացում, եթե ունեք հայրենասիրության որևէ նշույլ, ապա դադարե՛ք լինել այս հանցավոր իշխանությունների կամակատարը:
Հասկացե՛ք վերջապես՝ դավաճանին աջակցողը ևս դավաճան է»։
