Ափյուռքի հետ աշխատող երկու պաշտոնյաների՝ Սփյուռքի գործերով հանձնակատարի և «Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի ղեկավարի համար տարին, ինչ խոսք, բուռն էր: Երկուսն էլ վերջին օրերին հարցազրույցներ և ասուլիսներ են տալիս` պնդելով, որ անցնող 2021-ին արել են ամեն բան, որպեսզի Հայաստան-Սփյուռք հարաբերություններն ամրապնդվեն:

Իրականում այդպես է դա, թե ոչ՝ մեծ հարց է: Դիցուք` ինչո՞վ էր զբաղված ողջ տարին Զարեհ Սինանյանը: Եթե նրա կողմից մեծագույն ջանքեր գործադրվել են, ապա միայն մեկ՝ պրոիշխանական Սփյուռք ստեղծելու և ավանդականը քայքայելու հարցում: Ի ուրախություն բոլորիս` պետք է նշենք, որ Սինանյանի գործը չի հաջողել և, թերևս, դա է պատճառը, որ հանձնակատարն ամեն առիթով հայտարարում է, որ Սփյուռքում կան մենաշնորհ ունեցող կազմակերպություններ, որոնք սրտնեղել են, որ այսուհետ հանձնակատարը աշխատում է ոչ թե մեկ, այլ բազմաթիվ կազմակերպությունների հետ, և վատ աչքով են նայում Սինանյանին: Իրականում, Սփյուռքի ավանդական կազմակերպությունները պարզապես չեն կարող համակերպվել այն քաղաքականության հետ, որը վարում են ՀՀ իշխանությունները Սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերություններում և բնական է, որ պետք է արտահայտեն իրենց վրդովմունքն ու անհամաձայնությունը: Իսկ թե ինչու է վրդովվում ինքը` Սինանյանը, հասկանալի չէ:

Սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերությունների փչացման գործում մեծ ավանդ ունի նաև Հայկակ Արշամյանը, ում ղեկավարման շրջանում «Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի վարկանիշը շարունակում է գահավիժել. ինչպես նաև գնալով վերանում է վստահությունը սույն հիմնադրամի նկատմամբ: Այս տարի նույնիսկ ավանդական թելեթոնը անցկացվեց այլ ֆորմատով, քանի որ հասկանալի է՝ Սփյուռքը չէր պատրաստվում քսակը բանալ այն բանից հետո, երբ պատերազմի օրերին հավաքած ողջ գումարը փոխանցվեց կառավարությանը և դրա մի մասն էլ ծառայեց այս կամ այն պաշտոնյայի աշխատասենյակի վերանորոգմանը: Բաց է մնում նաև հիմնադրամում ֆինանսական աուդիտի անցկացման թեման, որն ամեն գնով փորձ է արվում ջրել: Այսքանից հետո ո՞վ կցանկանա տվյալ խողովակով օգնել Հայաստանին և Արցախին, թերևս շատ քչերը:
