ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը շնորհավորել է Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոնի առթիվ.

«Սիրելի՛  հայրենակիցներ

Ավարտին է մոտենում 2021 թվականը, որն անցավ պատերազմից հետո ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական բարդ պայմաններում. դեպի մեզ ուղղված և օրեցօր սաստկացող արտաքին սպառնալիքներին զուգահեռ ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամային կյանքը հագեցած էր բուռն գործընթացներով:

Եվ մենք՝ «Հայաստան» դաշինքը, խմբակցությունը, անցնելով խորհրդարան, գործադրեց օրենքով սահմանված իր բոլոր լծակները՝ մեր պետության անվտանգության վերաբերյալ հասարակությանը մտահոգող հրատապ հարցերը հնչեցնելու, պատասխաններ պահանջելու, գոյություն ունեցող խնդիրները լուծելու նպատակով:

Ճիշտ է, մեզ թույլ չտրվեց հասնել Արցախի հարցերով մշտական հանձնաժողովի ստեղծմանը և պետության բոլոր ռեսուրսներն օգտագործելով՝ հնարավորինս լուծել Արցախի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները. մինչև այսօր չունենք գերիների, պատանդների, անհայտ կորածների հարցերով զբաղվող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով. ցավոք, մեկ տարվա ընթացքում հանցավոր ամենաթողության պայմաններում չեն լուծվել նույնիսկ սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերը. բավականին լուրջ խնդիրներ կան բնակչության սոցիալ-տնտեսական կյանքում, և մեր ներկայացրած առաջարկությունները պարբերաբար չեն ընդունվում: Սակայն շարունակելու ենք հետևողական պայքարել՝ որպես գերակա խնդիր ունենալով Արցախյան հիմնահարցի արդար կարգավորումը, Հայաստանի  սահմանների, ինքնիշխան տարածքի անձեռնմխելիության վերականգնումը, Արցախում, Հայաստանում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցների անվտանգությունն ապահովելը:

Ամանորի նախաշեմին շնորհավորելով և զորակցություն հայտնելով հանուն Հայրենիքի նահատակված մեր հերոսների, գերիների, անհայտ կորածների հարազատներին, ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ վիրավորված, հաշմանդամ դարձած մեր մարտիկներին, դիմելով ինձ հարազատ Հայկական բանակի՝ առաջին գծում կանգնած զինվորներին ու սպաներին և Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմից մինչև այսօր մեր հաղթանակները կերտած նվիրյալներին, որոնք ծանրագույն պայմաններում համեստ և լուռ իրենց խնդիրն են կատարել ՝ բանակ ու պետություն կառուցելով, պաշտպանելով և այսօր էլ ի զորու են արժանի հակահարված տալ հակառակորդին, շնորհավորանքի խոսքս հղելով ողջ ժողովրդին Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդի կապակցությամբ՝

մաղթում եմ, որպեսզի էլ ավելի գոտեպնդվենք մեզ ուղղված հարվածներից, լինենք միասնական և ԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ԴԻՄԱԴՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ հզոր, անպարտելի պատնեշ դառնալով մեր լինելիությանը, պետականությանը սպառնացող ուժերի դեմ՝ նոր հաղթանակներ կռենքՙ հաստատելով Արցախի, Հայաստանի արժանապատիվ ներկայությունը աշխարհի հզոր տերությունների կողքին:

Ուժ, տոկունություն եմ մաղթում բոլորին և կամք, իմաստություն՝ Հայրենիքին հավատարիմ ծառայելու:

Հավերժ փա՛ռք այն քաջերին, ովքեր հանուն Արցախի և Հայաստանի իրենց կյանքը նվիրաբերեցին»:
