ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել մաքսային ծառայողի մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ: 

Ռուստամ Բադասյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի մաքսային ծառայության ստեղծման 30-ամյա հոբելյանը լավ առիթ է խոսելու անցնող տարիների համակարգի ձեռքբերումներից և քննարկելու առկա մարտահրավերները: Մաքսային համակարգը զարգացող օրգանիզմ է, որը շարունակաբար հղկվել և կատարելագործվել է, արդիականացվել են ենթակառուցվածքները, պարզեցվել է վարչարարությունը, հետևողականորեն բարձրացվել է քաղաքացիներին և տնտեսավարողներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակը:

 Զարգացման ճանապարհին մաքսային վարչարարության մի շարք գործընթացներ տեղափոխվել և շարունակաբար տեղափոխվելու են էլեկտրոնային հարթակներ՝ էապես դյուրացնելով պետություն-գործարար շփումները, առավելագույն հարմարավետություն ապահովելով նրանց ամենօրյա գործունեության համար, ինչպես նաև` պայքարելով կոռուպցիայի դեմ և նպաստելով մատուցվող ծառայությունների թափանցիկության բարձրացմանը:

«Միաժամանակ, միջազգային գործընկերների հետ հաստատվել է կառուցողական և արդյունավետ երկխոսություն: Կարևոր է արձանագրել, որ հատկապես վերջին տարիներին համակարգի բարեփոխումներն իրականացվում են միջազգային գործընկերների ակտիվ ներգրավմամբ` աշխարհի լավագույն փորձի ուսումնասիրմամբ և ներդրմամբ, ինչպես նաև՝ խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի իրականացմամբ: Ամեն դեպքում համակարգը չպետք է սահմանափակվի առկա ձեռքբերումներով:

Առաջիկա տարիները բեկումնային են լինելու մեր երկրում նոր որակի մաքսային ծառայություն ունենալու տեսանկյունից: Այդ նպատակին է ծառայելու նոր չափանիշներին համապատասխանող մաքսային ծառայողների ընդունելության համակարգը: Խորհրդանշական է, որ կադրային լայնամասշտաբ բարեփոխումները համընկնելու են մաքսային ծառայության ստեղծման 30-ամյակին:

Նոր տարում անհրաժեշտ է ընդգծված ուշադրություն դարձնել մաքսային վարչարարության բարելավմանը, սահմանահատման գործընթացի սահուն կազմակերպմանը և  սպասարկման որակի շեշտակի բարձրացմանը՝ միաժամանակ կարևորելով իրավախախտումների դեմ պայքարը:

Նոր տարում անհրաժեշտ է ընդգծված ուշադրություն դարձնել մաքսային վարչարարության բարելավմանը, սահմանահատման գործընթացի սահուն կազմակերպմանը և  սպասարկման որակի շեշտակի բարձրացմանը՝ միաժամանակ կարևորելով իրավախախտումների դեմ պայքարը:

Հարգելի՛ մաքսային ծառայողներ, Ձեր ամենօրյա աշխատանքով Դուք իրականացնում եք չափազանց կարևոր առաքելություն՝ ապահովելով Հայաստանի տնտեսական սահմանների անվտանգությունը: Մասնագիտական բարձր որակներ ունեցող և պատասխանատու մաքսային ծառայողների ամենօրյա սրտացավ աշխատանքով կերտվելու է համակարգի գալիք տարիների պատմությունը: Համոզված եմ, որ այն լինելու է ձեռքբերումներով հագեցած:  Կրկին շնորհավորելով մասնագիտական օրվա առթիվ՝ մաղթում եմ նորանոր հաջողություններ և անսպառ եռանդ՝  ի նպաստ մեր պետության առաջընթացի»,-ասված է ուղերձում:
