Հաշվի առնելով, որ 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ են մտել «Ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների և դրանց փոխարինիչների օգտագործման հետևանքով առողջությանը հասցվող վնասի նվազեցման և կանխարգելման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի որոշ դրույթներ շուկայի վերահսկողության տեսչական մարմինը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել․ 

 «Հարգելի քաղաքացիներ  և տնտեսվարողներ

Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ Է մտել Ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների եվ դրանց փոխարինիչների օգտագործման հետևանքով առողջությանը հասցվող վնասի նվազեցման եվ կանխարգելման մասին օրենքը

համաձայն որի արգելվում է ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների կամ դրանց պատկանելիքների կամ ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների փոխարինիչների ցուցադրումը վաճառասրահներում և հանրային սննդի օբյեկտներում:

Օրենքի պահանջները չկատարելը  առաջացնում է.

 տուգանքի նշանակում՝ 200 - 250 000 դրամի չափով:

Նույն խախտումը կրկին կատարելը վարչական տույժի միջոցներ կիրառելուց հետո՝ վեց ամսվա ընթացքում, առաջացնում է

տուգանքի նշանակում՝ կիրառված վարչական տույժի կրկնապատիկի չափով»:
