ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն արձագանքել է ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությանը՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ում ՀՀ նախագահության շրջանում Ղազախստան խաղաղապահ ուժեր ուղարկելու և «ՀԱՊԿ մեխանիզմներն աշխատացնելու» վերաբերյալ։

«ՀՀ անվտանգության քարտուղարն ասում է, որ Հայաստանն իր օրինակով փորձում է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրներին ցույց տալ, թե ինչպես է պետք ճգնաժամային իրավիճակներում կազմակերպության մեխանիզմներն աշխատեցնել։

Այս միտքը հնչեցվեց՝ պարզաբանելու, թե ինչո՞ւ ՀԱՊԿ-ը որոշեց իր մասնակցությունն ունենալ Ղազախստանում կայունության հաստատման միջոցառումներին։

Փաստորեն, նույն տրամաբանությամբ մի քանի տարի առաջ էլ ՀՀ իշխանությունները, այն ժամանակվա ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ իրավական գործընթաց սկսելով, ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրներին սեփական փորձով ուզում էին ցույց տալ, թե ինչպես պետք է վարկաբեկել կազմակերպությունը։

Եվ ընդհանրապես, եթե Փաշինյանի շրջապատում կարծում են, որ նախկինում ծագած ճգնաժամերի պարագայում ՀԱՊԿ առանձին երկրների տարօրինակ վարքը կամ հայտարարությունները պայմանավորված էին ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրությանը չտիրապետելու գործոնով կամ համապատասխան մեխանիզմները գործարկելու անկարողությամբ, ապա դա պարզ քաղաքական տհասություն է։

Փաշինյանը ոգևորված է ստեղծված իրավիճակում Հայաստանի ներգրավվածությամբ ոչ թե ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրության անվերապահ իրագործման, այլ սեփական անձի քաղաքական գործունեության ապահովագրման առումով։

Ասեմ, որ այդ հաշվարկն իր դեպքում չի աշխատելու, որովհետև ՀԱՊԿ համապատասխան երկրին ուղղվող իր ուղերձները որևէ խնդիր չեն լուծելու, որովհետև հասցեատերը Փաշինյանին ու նրա շրջապատին չափազանց լավ է ճանաչում․ ավելի լավ, քան Հայաստանում»,- գրել է պատգամավորը։
