«Իրավունք». Ինչու ՀՀ նախագահն ու Կաթողիկոսը չմասնակցեցին Երեւանի քաղաքապետի երդմնակալությանը

«Իրավունք» թերթը գրում է. «Մինչ ողջ ազգը պատրաստվում էր Նոր տարին դիմավորելուն` Երեւանի ավագանին հապճեպ անվստահություն հայտնեց Հայկ Մարությանին եւ երեւանցիների փոխարեն էլ ընտրեց նոր քաղաքապետի` ի դեմս Հրաչյա Սարգսյանի: Եվ քանի որ ժողովրդի թիկունքում գործընթացներն այսպիսի հաջողությամբ ստացվեց հորով-մորով անելը, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով էլ, ընտրվելուց հետո երրորդ օրացուցային օրը կազմակերպվեց նոր քաղաքապետի երդմնակալության արարողությունը:

Եվ չնայած նրան, որ օրենքի համաձայն` երդմնակալության արարողությանը նվիրված ավագանու նիստը պետք է վարեր Երեւանի ավագանու ամենատարեց անդամը, բայց Երեւանի ավագանու «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Լյուդմիլա Սարգսյանն իր տեղը զիջեց իրենից հինգ ամսով փոքր Երեւանի ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ Մարատ Թոխյանին: Ինչեւէ, սա ամենաուշագրավը չէր

Ամանորի եռուզեռի մեջ լուսանցքում մնացած արարողության վերաբերյալ:

Երդմնակալության արարողությանը ներկա էին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, գործադիր եւ օրենսդիր մարմնի ներկայացուցիչներ, անգամ Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Սարգսյանը, մինչդեռ ներկա չէին ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը, Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոս Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդը եւ Արարատյան Հայրապետական թեմի առաջնորդական փոխանորդ Գերաշնորհ Տեր Նավասարդ արքեպիսկոպոս Կճոյանը: Էլ չենք ասում Երեւանի նախկին քաղաքապետների մասին:

Թե ինչով էր պայմանավորված, որ Երեւանի քաղաքապետը որոշեց երդվել` առանց հոգեւոր առաջնորդների օրհնության եւ երկրի նախագահի ներկայության, ինչը նախկինում երբեւէ չի եղել, Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից «Իրավունքի» հարցմանն ի պատասխան տեղեկացրեցին, որ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանի երդմնակալության հանդիսավոր արարողությանը ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն ու Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը հրավիրված եղել են. «Սակայն տեղեկացրել են, որ ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով չեն կարող մասնակցել: Երեւանի նախկին քաղաքապետներին հրավեր ուղարկել հնարավոր չի եղել` միայն ժամանակի խիստ սղության պատճառով»:

Իսկ թե ինչպիսին է եղել հրավերը, եւ այդ ինչ պատճառներ են եղել, որ չի մասնակցել արարողությանը ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը, մանրամասներ պարզեցինք ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից. «Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը Երեւանի նորընտիր քաղաքապետի երդմնակալության արարողությանը մասնակցելու հրավեր ստացել է դրա նախորդ օրը` աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտից հետո` երեկոյան: Չի մասնակցել արարողությունը, քանի որ ուներ նախօրոք պլանավորված հանդիպումներ»:

Նույն հարցով դիմեցինք նաեւ Մայր Աթոռի տեղեկատվական համակարգին` փորձելով պարզել, թե ինչով էր պայմանավորված, որ Վեհափառ Հայրապետը եւս չմասնակցեց արարողությանը, սակայն մեզ խոստացան պատասխանել միայն Սուրբծննդյան տոներից հետո: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Նավասարդ սրբազանին, Արարատյան Հայրապետական թեմի տեղեկատվական բաժնից պարզեցինք, որ առաջնորդական փոխանորդն անգամ հրավեր չի ստացել եւ տեղյակ չի եղել արարողության մասին»:
