ՊԵԿ-ը բացահայտել է աշխատողի չձևակերպման ու ՀԴՄ-ի կիրառման կանոնների խախտման դեպքեր

ՊԵԿ-ը հարկային կարգապահության բարելավման ծրագրի շրջանակում բացահայտել է աշխատողի չձևակերպման ու ՀԴՄ-ի կիրառման կանոնների խախտման դեպքեր։ Այդ մասին հայտնում է ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը։

Ըստ գերատեսչության՝ իրականացվել է հարկ վճարողների կարգապահական վարքագծի վերլուծություն։

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն, հարկային կարգապահության բարելավման ծրագրի շրջանակում, 2021 թ․ 4-րդ եռամսյակի ընթացքում բացահայտել է աշխատողի չձևակերպման ու ՀԴՄ-ի կիրառման կանոնների խախտման դեպքեր: 

Ռիսկերի խորհրդի կողմից ընտրված տնտեսական գործունեության առանձին ոլորտներում գործունեություն ծավալող հարկ վճարողների մոտ իրականացվել է կարգապահական վարքագծի վերլուծություն: Արդյունքում հարկային կարգապահության բարելավման ծրագրի շրջանակում 2021թ․ 4-րդ եռամսյակի ընթացքում խոշոր՝ 2019 թվականի արդյունքներով 400.0 միլիոն դրամը գերազանցող իրացման շրջանառություն հայտարարագրած 52 հարկ վճարողների մոտ արձանագրվել է աշխատողի չձևակերպման 7 և ՀԴՄ-ի կիրառման կանոնների խախտման 50 դեպք: Իսկ հանրային սննդի կազմակերպման ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող 138 հարկ վճարողների մոտ 2021թ․ 4-րդ եռամսյակի ընթացքում արձանագրվել է աշխատողի չձևակերպման 38 և ՀԴՄ-ի կիրառման կանոնների խախտման 114 դեպք:

Նշենք, որ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հարկային և մաքսային կարգապահության բարելավման ռազմավարության ու դրանից բխող միջոցառումների արդյունավետ և օպերատիվ իրականացման ապահովումը կառավարվում է Ռիսկերի խորհրդի կողմից:
