Մեր երկու մարզպետների հետ կապված կեղծ դիպլոմի մասին խոսք չկա: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 13-ին, կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում նշեց ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը:

«Որեւէ մեկի կողմից ներկայացված այդ դիպլոմ չասենք, այդ փաստաթուղթը կեղծ չի: Խոսքն այն մասին է, որ այն կազմակերպությունը, որը կոչվում է բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություն, հվատարմագրված չէ: Դա չի նշանակում, որ այդ փաստաթուղթը կեղծ է: Չի կարելի նման բան ասել: Չհավատարմագրված բուհերի շրջանավարտների համար 2003 թվականից մինչեւ 2017-ը տրվել է ամեն տարի հնարավորություն, որ ցանկացողները, որոնք ունեն չհավատարմագրված բուհի իպլոմ, կարող են ստանալ պետական նմուշի դիպլոմ՝ հանձնելով պետական ավարտական քննություններ»,-ասաց նախարարը:

Դումանյանը նշեց, որ մարդիկ ժամանակին ընդունվել են այդ բուհերը, ուսման վարձավճար են վճարել օրինական կերպով, այդ մարդիկ մեղավոր չեն: «Լուծումները լավ չեն տրվել, հիմա մենք ուզում ենք լուծումներ գտնել այդ խնդրին: Դուք խոսում եք Ռազմիկ Պետրոսյանի մասին, ով իր կյանքն է դրել մեր երկրի համար: Իսկ դուք այսօր ասում եք՝ կեղծ դիպլոմ ունի: Կեղծ չի»,-ասաց նա:
