ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը և Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը այսօր Ժնևում բանակցում են Ուկրաինայի հարցով։

Արտաքին հարաբերությունների գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների բանակցությունները կազմակերպվել են «President Wilson» հյուրանոցում, որտեղ նախկինում բազմաթիվ պատմական հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունեցել։ Բանակցությունների օրակարգի գլխավոր թեման Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Ուկրաինայի սահմանին լարվածությունն է։

Լավրովն ասել է, որ Բլինկենի հետ հանդիպումից բեկում չի ակնկալում, սակայն սպասում է պատասխան Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեմ նախաձեռնությունների համար։

«Եվրոպական շրջագայության ժամանակ ձեր վերջին հայտարարություններից մեկում նշեցիք, որ այս հանդիպումից բեկում չեք ակնկալում։ Մենք նույնպես բեկում չենք ակնկալում այս հանդիպումից, սպասում ենք մեր առաջարկների պատասխաններին։ Առաջարկները չափազանց կոնկրետ են։ Մենք ակնկալում ենք նույն կոնկրետ պատասխանները՝ անվտանգության խնդիրների վերաբերյալ ԵԱՀԿ-ի ամենաբարձր մակարդակով ստանձնած պարտավորություններին համահունչ և համապատասխան, որպեսզի ոչ մի երկիր չուժեղացնի իր անվտանգությունը այլ երկրի անվտանգության հաշվին»,- Լավրովի խոսքը մեջբերում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենն իր հերթին նշել է, որ Վաշինգտոնը և եվրոպացի գործընկերները շահագրգռված են Ուկրաինայում իրավիճակի խաղաղ կարգավորմամբ, իսկ Ժնևում բանակցությունների հիմնական նպատակը «դեէսկալացիան և Կիևի դեմ հետագա ագրեսիայի կանխումն է»։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, նրա խոսքով, եթե դիվանագիտական ​​ջանքերը ձախողվեն, և «Ռուսաստանը որոշի ագրեսիվ գործողություններ ձեռնարկել Ուկրաինայի դեմ», ապա ԱՄՆ-ն և նրա գործընկերները պատրաստ են «արագ համատեղ պատասխան տալ՝ Մոսկվայի համար ծանր հետևանքներով»։
