«Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը գրել է.

«Հայաստանի նախագահը պարզվում է, Սենթ Քիթս և Նևիսի քաղաքացի է եղել, ու հենց դա ջրի երես է դուրս գալիս, հապճեպ արտագաղթում է երկրից ու Լոնդոնի իր բնակարանից հրաժարականի տեքստ հեռագրում իր ղեկավարած երկիր։ Եթե Արմեն Սարգսյանը հրաժարական տար իր աշխատավայրից, հետո քայլեր Երևանի փողոցներում, շփվեր հասարակ մարդկանց հետ, պատասխաներ նրանց հարցերին, հետո հրավիրեր հանրային դեմքերի՝ կիսվեր իր մտահոգություններով՝ սա կլիներ այլ պատմություն։ Բայց նա այդպես չի անում, որովհետև պետությունըև այնտեղ ապրող մարդիկ՝ մենք բոլորս, նրա համար երկրորդ սորտի երևույթներ ենք։

Հայաստանի վարչապետը ասուլիս է տալիս, որից պարզ է դառնում, որ Հայաստանը նա պատրաստվում է սարքել Սենթ Քիթս և Նևիսի նման մի բան։ Սա՝ լավագույն դեպքում։ Վարչապետի տեսլականը Հայաստանի մոտակա և երկարաժամկետ ապագայի մասին գտնվում է բացառապես ադրբեջանաթուրքական շահերի տիրույթում։ Նրա ձևակերպումները ազգային անարժանապատվության և ազգային-պետական անհեռանկարայնության բանաձևեր են։ 

Հայաստանում ընդդիմադիր համակարգերը գտնվում են զրոյական կառուցվածքային-կազմակերպչական մակարդակում։ Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ չկա հանրային լուրջ պրոցես, և թե´ նախագահի արտագաղթը, թե´ վարչապետի՝ Հայաստանի անարժանապատիվ ու ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր տեսլականի շնորհանդեսն անցնում են հուսահատված անտարբերության մթնոլորտում։

Երկրում նոր իրականություն է, լուրջ ճգնաժամ. որտե՞ղ է քննարկվել ստեղծված վիճակը, ո՞ր ձևաչափում։ Իսկ եթե չի քննարկվել, ապա որտե՞ղ պետք է ձևակերպվի հասարակության համար ընդունելի ու կոնսոլիդացիոն բովանդակությունը։Այդ տեղն այս պահին պարզապես չկա։ Իսկ եթե այդ բովանդակությունը չձևակերպվի, ու չարվեն փոփոխություններ, արդյունք չի լինելու։ Այդ պայմաններում ընդդիմության տարբեր թևերից մեկը Շուշին է պահանջելու, մյուսը՝ Սևրի պայմանագիրը, երրորդը՝ Վուդրո Վիլսոնի քարտեզը, չորրորդը՝ Քաջարանի կոմբինատը, այլոք՝ փակ սահմաններ կամ չգիտեմ ինչ։

Ու այդ պատճառով էլ համատարած դժգոհության և մտահոգությունների պայմաններում երկրում չկա լուրջ պրոցես, որը կկասեցնի Հայաստանի վերածումը ադրբեջանաթուրքական Սենթ Քիթս և Նևիսի»։
