«Հայոց բանակի հարգարժա´ն գեներալներ, սպաներ, սիրելի զինվորներ

30-ամյա անկախ պետականության կերտմանը  զուգահեռ է կազմավորվել Հայոց բանակը, որն  իր ձևավորման օրվանից անցել է փառավոր մարտական ուղի՝ թրծված բազում հաղթանակներով և, ցավոք, անդառնալի կորուստներով։

Հայոց բանակը հայկական զույգ պետությունների անվտանգության ապահովման և հայկականության պահպանման հիմնաքարն է, մեր լինելիության անվերապահ երաշխավորը։

Ձեր նվիրումն ու անբասիր ծառայությունը մեր խաղաղ առօրյայի հիմքն ու անփոխարինելի բաղադրիչն են: Տասնամյակներով դուք իրականացրել եք կարևորագույն առաքելություն, ինչի շնորհիվ մեր պետականությունը հնարավորություն է ունեցել համակողմանիորեն զարգանալ, գրանցել բազմաթիվ ու բազմապիսի հաջողություններ ու ձեռքբերումներ։

Այսօր էլ, երբ աշխարհը կանգնած է խաղաղությանը սպառնացող նոր մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու լրջագույն խնդիրների առջև, հայոց բանակը պատվով է կատարում իր առաքելությունը։

Վստահ ենք՝ Աստծո կամոք և մեր պատմական երաշխավորված հեռանկարի տեսլականով ներշնչված` դուք ձեր պարտքը միշտ կկատարեք անթերի: Համոզված ենք, որ մեր ապագան լուսավոր է, և ոչ մի մարտահրավեր չի կարող խաթարել մեր անխախտ երթը պատմության քառուղիներով:

Անցած շուրջ երեք տասնամյակում ձեր շատ մարտընկերներ, մեր որդիները, եղբայրները իրենց կյանքը նվիրաբերեցին հենց դրա համար, և ձեր անգնահատելի վաստակը հենց նրանց հիշատակը վառ պահելու ամենաօրինակելի ու ամենավեհ արարքն է, ինչով և դուք իմաստավորում եք նրանց նվիրումը, շարունակում նրանցսուրբ գործը, որ կոչվում է հայրենիքի պաշտպանություն։

Խոնարհվում ենք այն նվիրյալների առջև, ովքեր իրենց կյանքի գնով են վճարել խաղաղության համար, ովքեր այս պահին աչալուրջ կանգնած են սահմանին, և ովքեր կարոտի անսպառ զգացումով սպասում են իրենց որդիների վերադարձին:
