Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը, որը կալանավորված է, շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հայոց բանակի կազմավորման 30-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ:

«Հայոց փառապանծ բանակը 30 տարեկան է: Այն այսօր ծանր օրեր է ապրում, նոսրացել են շարքերը, սակայն պատերն ամուր են, ոգին՝ անկոտրում: Այսօր, 30 տարվա անկախության բարձունքից ցավով ու վրեժով լցված, բայց և հպարտությամբ առաջին հերթին պետք է հիշենք մեր հազարավոր հայորդիներին՝ անուն առ անուն, ովքեր իրենց սուրբ արյամբ նվիրեցին մեզ անկախ պետություն ունենալու բերկրանքն ու իրավունքը, ովքեր հիմք դրեցին հայկական մարտունակ բանակին և տասնամյակներ անց պահեցին այդ անկախությունը՝ հայրենիքի զոհասեղանին դնելով կրկին ամենաթանկը: Մենք այսօր առավել, քան երբևէ պարտավոր ենք լցվել հույսով, ներշնչվել հավատով, սուրբ մասունքի նման վերկանգնել ու փայփայել հայկական բանակի հաղթական կերպարը, վերականգնել նյութական կորուստները, իսկ անդառնալի կյանքերի դիմաց նոր կյանքեր պարգևել և սերունդներին զինել մեր հերոս նահատակների աննկուն ոգով, բազկի ամրությամբ ու վրեժի կայծով:

Մեր բանակը ստեղծվել է պատերազմի բովում, ցավոք, շարունակում է իր ուղին նույնպես պատերազմի բովում: Մեր փոքրիկ հայրենիքում գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիք սահման է պահում: Հայ մայրը հանուն գալիքի նորից ու նորից իր որդուն է նվիրում, քանի որ Հայրենիքը սերունդների միասնականությամբ է անմատույց մնում։ Սա գիտի հայ զինվորը, սա գիտեն մեր փառապանծ սպաները, որոնցից շատերը գլուխները դրեցին հողին՝ երազելով հաղթանակի մասին: Անգին է այն խաղաղությունը, որի համար գիշեր ու զօր արթուն հսկում է մեր զինվորը: Սուրբ է այն հողը, որի յուրաքանչյուր կտոր նա ոռոգել է իր սրբազան արյամբ:

Վստահ եմ՝ Հայոց բանակը շտկելու է մեջքը, քանի որ նրա բազուկը հայ ժողովուրդն է, ում մեջ ապրում են հերոս նախնիներն ու նրանց պատգամը՝ աչքի լույսի պես պահել այս նշխար հողում արյամբ պսակված անկախությունը:

Շնորհավո՛ր տոնդ, Հայոց բանակ, քո հաղթական համազարկը դեռ լսելու ենք»,-ասված է ուղերձում:
