ԵԽԽՎ «ժողովրդավարական» է համարում խոսքի ազատության նոր սահմանափակումները. «Հայաստան» խմբակցության հայտարարությունը

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասված է.

«Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի «Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների գործունեությունը» թեմայով բանաձևի վերաբերյալ ցանկանում ենք արձանագրել.

1) 44-օրյա պատերազմի սանձազերծմանը, ադրբեջանա-թուրքական ագրեսիային, ուժի կիրառմանը, պատերազմի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից միջազգային հումանիտար սկզբունքների կոպիտ խախտումներին, ինքնորոշման իրավունքի նսեմացման ու մինչ օրս հայ ռազմագերիների առկայության փաստի, պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքի նկատմամբ շարունակական ագրեսիայի իրականացման, թշնամական հռետորաբանության և ուժի ու ուժի սպառնալիքի շարունակական կիրառման վերաբերյալ Եվրոպական կառույցները զբաղված էին ու զբաղված են խրախուսող աչքակապությամբ, իսկ արձագանքելիս փորձում են «հավասարության» նշան դնել Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև, ինչն անհեթեթություն է: Հատկանշական է, որ ռազմագերիների ապօրինի պահումից ավելի նվազ իրավունքների խախտումներով նույն կառույցը հանդես էր գալիս պետության նկատմամբ կոնկրետ սահմանափակումների (սանկցիաների) առաջարկով, իսկ այս դեպքում Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային անպատժելիության ուղերձ է հղում:

2) ԵԽԽՎ-ն որևէ կերպ չի անդրադարձել նախընտրական և հենց ընտրությունների օրը վարչական ռեսուրսի ու ընտրական արձանագրված այլ խախտումներին, շուրջ վեց ամիս ԱԺ երեք ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների ապօրինի կալանավորմանը, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների տեղաշարժի հակասահմանադրական սահմանափակմանը, 2021 թվականին 80%-ից ավելի կալանավորումներին, քաղաքական հետապնդումներին և կալանքներին, «կալանքի դատարանների» ստեղծմանը:

3) ԵԽԽՎ-ն փաստորեն չի էլ արձագանքել դատարանների էլեկտրոնային մակագրման համակարգի՝ շուրջ ութ ամիս գործադիրի կողմից առգրավվման ու մինչ օրս բոլոր գործերի «ձեռքով» մակագրման հակասահմանադրական պրակտիկային կամ ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ու հետընտրական փուլում ընտրողների կամքի անտեսման փաստերին:

4) ԵԽԽՎ «ժողովրդավարական» է համարում խոսքի ազատության նոր սահմանափակումները և չի էլ նկատել լրագրողների իրավունքների խախտման դեպքերը Ազգային ժողովում: Թվարկված բոլոր խնդիրների փաստական հանգամանքները դեռևս 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 4-ին ներկայացվել էին ԵԽԽՎ-ին՝ թե’ բանավոր, և թե’ գրավոր կարգով»:
