Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Մարտակերտի շրջանի Գառնաքար, Շահմասուր, Ծմակահող և Հաթերք համայնքներում, նախագահի աշխատակազմից հայտնում են, որ երկրի ղեկավարը հետաքրքրվել է առկա խնդիրներով, լսել բնակիչների զբաղվածությունն ապահովելու հետ կապված առաջարկները, նրանց հետ քննարկել անելիքները:

Անդրադառնալով ընթացիկ տարվա պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված ծրագրերին՝ նախագահ Հարությունյանը հայտարարել է, որ Գառնաքար, Շահմասուր և Ծմակահող համայնքները մայրուղուն կապող ճանապարհները այս տարի կասֆալտապատվեն, խմելու ջրի խնդրի համալիր լուծման համար նշված երեք համայնքներին կհատկացվի համապատասխան պետական աջակցություն, ինչպես նաև` տնտեսական գործունեությունն ակտիվացնելու նպատակով համայնքների բնակիչներին կտրվեն մեղվափեթակներ և անասնագլխաքանակ:

Այդ համայնքներում կիրականացվեն նաև ենթակառուցվածքային այլ աշխատանքներ։ Նախագահի հորդորն էր օգտագործել ողջ պոտենցիալը և ազատ բնակֆոնդի հաշվին ավելի շատ տեղահանված ընտանիքների ընդունել:

Նշվում է, որ Հաթերքում քննարկված օրակարգն ավելի ընդգրկուն էր: Նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել անցած տարում համայնքի ղեկավարի` գյուղի ազատ բնակֆոնդի հաշվին տեղահանված 40 ընտանիքների ընդունելու և բնակարաններով ապահովելու նախաձեռնությունը, որի արդյունքում Հաթերքում բնակչություն թիվը զգալիորեն աճել է։ Նա հանձնարարել է շարունակել այդ գործընթացը` հաշվի առնելով համայնքում դեռևս առկա ազատ բնակֆոնդը և տեղահանված արցախցիների` հատկապես այստեղ ապրելու ցանկությունը։

Քննարկվել են նաև համայնքի արտաքին լուսավորության, ներհամայնքային ճանապարհների բարեկարգմանը, ոռոգման ցանցի կառուցմանը, հիվանդանոցի համար շենքային նոր պայմանների ստեղծմանը, ինչպես նաև ժամանցի, զբաղվածության խնդիրների լուծմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:

Այցի ընթացքում նախագահին ուղեկցում էին ԱՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Հայկ Խանումյանը, Մարտակերտի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Արսեն Ավանեսյանը, պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք:
