«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Այս օրերին շատ է խոսվում այն մասին, որ Հայաստան այցելողների մեծ հոսքի հետ կապված՝ շեշտակի բարձրացել է բնակֆոնդի վարձակալության գինը: Կան կարծիքներ, որ դա շուկայի թելադրանքն է, սակայն կան նաև մտահոգություններ, որ դրանք արհեստական բարձրացումներ են և երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարի առումով՝ վնասակար: Օրինակ՝ «Հայացք» վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Լիլիա Ամիրխանյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում կարծիք է հայտնել, որ սա նույն վարձակալողի համար որոշակի օգուտներ քաղելու հնարավորություն է, բայց կարճաժամկետ, որովհետև նույն զբոսաշրջիկը, ի վերջո, կհասկանա, որ գործ ունի չարդարացված գնաճի հետ:

«Արդյունքում դա կարող է ավելի վատ էֆեկտ ունենալ, օրինակ՝ Հայաստանից հեռանալու ու այլևս չվերադառնալու որոշման պատճառ դառնալ: Խնդիրն այստեղ արդեն ոչ թե զուտ բնակարանային ֆոնդը, այլև մեր ծառայությունների որակն է»,- ասում է փորձագետը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Տուրիզմի հայկական ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում շեշտում է, որ, այո, գնի բարձրացում, հնարավոր է, մի փոքր եղել է, բայց շեշտակի աճի մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող: «Մեզ մոտ հյուրանոցների գները չեն բարձրացել: Ի պատիվ մեր ժողովրդի, նաև մեր մասնավոր հատվածի, ըմբռնումով ենք մոտենում և առիթից չենք օգտվում, արհեստականորեն կամ թեկուզ շուկայի պահանջարկից ելնելով՝ գները չեն բարձրացել:

Մեր երկրում արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ օրավարձով բնակարաններ տրամադրելու միտում կա, ինչպես ամբողջ աշխարհում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում նոր ինդուստրիա է ձևավորվում: Օրավարձով բնակարանները հյուրանոցային տնտեսության օբյեկտի ձև են դառնում»,- ասում է Մ. Ապրեսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ օրավարձով բնակարանների տարբերակին մարդիկ միշտ դիմել են, քանի որ դրանք ավելի էժան են եղել, քան հյուրանոցները, թեկուզ, իհարկե, ավելի բարձր, քան երկարաժամկետ վարձակալության գները»:
