«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

«Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանը ծանր է տարել մեր թերթում օրեր առաջ իր վերաբերյալ հրապարակումը եւ որոշել է ցույց տալ, որ մարզում իրականում հենց ինքն է մարզպետը, այլ ոչ թե, ինչպես մենք էինք գրել, Ապարանի տարածաշրջանում համայնքապետ Կարեն Եղիազարյանը՝ Գնթունիկի Կարենը, Աշտարակում՝ Թովմաս Շահվերդյանը, իսկ Թալինում՝ Տավրոս Սափեյանը։ Մենք գրել էինք, որ մարզպետը, հարկադրված, հաշվի է նստում այս մարդկանց հետ, որոնց իրենց տարածքներում ավելի շատ են ընդունում, քան իրեն։ Գրել էինք, որ այս իրավիճակն է պատճառը, որ Ապարանի դպրոցներում վերընտրվում են Եղիազարյանի մտերիմները։

Երեկ տեղեկացանք, որ մարզպետն Ապարանի շրջանի Վարդենիս համայնքի դպրոցի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակել ոչ թե գործող տնօրեն Ռուզաննա Մակարյանին, ում պայմանագրի ժամկետը լրացել է մարտի 3-ին, եւ որին նշանակելու խոստում էր տվել մարզպետը Եղիազարյանին, այլ մեկ ուրիշ ուսուցչի՝ Անուշ Պապիկյանին։

Դպրոցի աշակերտների ծնողներից տեղեկացանք, որ Մակարյանն այնքան ծանր է տարել այս որոշումը, որ որոշել է կազմակերպել նոր ԺՊ-ի աշխատանքի բոյկոտ, նաեւ՝ ուսուցիչների միջոցով կազմակերպել, որ աշակերտները դասի չհաճախեն։ Մեզ ասացին, որ Մակարյանի եղբորորդին «Կարեն Եղիազարյան դաշինքի» անդամ է, ներկայումս՝ ավագանի։

Տեղեկացանք նաեւ, որ մարզպետը չեղարկել է նաեւ Ապարանի թիվ 2 դպրոցի տնօրենի պաշտոնում համայնքապետի մեկ այլ մտերիմի՝ Նաիրա Ղազարյանի վերանշանակումը։ Մրցույթի օրը դպրոցի խորհրդի անդամները չեն ներկայացել նիստին, մարզպետը մեկ ուրիշի է ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար նշանակել»:
