Բաց հասարակության հիմնադրամներ Հայաստանը, կամ այլ կերպ ասած՝ Սորոսի հիմնադրամը, ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում 2021 թվականի հանձնած դրամաշնորհների ցանկը: Այդ ցանկում կան ինչպես ծանոթ, այնպես էլ նոր անուններ: Փորձենք հասկանալ, թե որ ՀԿ-ն ինչ ծրագրի իրականացման համար որքան գումար է ստացել Սորոսի հիմնադրամից:

Դիցուք՝ «Իրավունքների պաշտպանություն առանց սահմանների» ՀԿ-ն ստացել է 74,975 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Ծրագրի նպատակն էր՝ իրավական ոլորտում տեղի ունեցող բարեփոխումների մոնիտորինգի իրականացումը, ինչպես նաև ԲԴԽ աշխատանքի մոնիտորինգի իրականացումը: Իշխանության մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ, ի դեպ, ժամանակին աշխատել են այս ՀԿ-ում: Օրինակ՝ Վայոց Ձորի մարզպետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Սարգսյանը:

Հանրային լրագրության ակումբը հիմնադրամից ստացել է 88,693 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Նպատակը՝ հանրային վերահսկողության ուժեղացումը բարեփոխումների գործընթացում: Հատկապես` արդարադատության ոլորտում: ՀԿ-ի հիմնադիրը Սեդա Մուրադյանն է: ՀԿ-ի գործընկերների շարքում է, ի դեպ Անադոլու Քյուլթյուրը` Թուրքիայից:

Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեան հիմնադրամից ստացել է 133,948 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Նպատակը՝ խրախուսել Հայաստանում արդարադատության ոլորտի ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումներում թափանցիկության և անկախության սկզբունքների պահպանումը` լայնածավալ մոնիտորինգի և այդ գործընթացների վերաբերյալ հիմնավորված հաշվետվությունների միջոցով: Ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակի ղեկավարը Արթուր Սաքունցն է:

Ընդդեմ կանանց բռնության կոալիցիան հիմնադրամից ստացել է 44 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Ծրագրի նպատակն է կալանավայրերում քաղաքացիների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը: Կոալիցիայի ներկայացուցիչը Զարուհի Հովհաննիսյանն է:

Ասպարեզ լրագրողների ակումբը 2021 թվականին Սորոսի հիմնադրամից ստացել է 61,407 ԱՄՆ դոլար:  Ծրագրի նպատակն է խթանել երիտասարդական ակտիվությունը և աջակցել Ալավերդի, Նոյեմբերյան, Բերդ, Ճամբարակ և Վարդենիս հեռավոր համայնքների երիտասարդական կենտրոններին: Ակումբի նախագահը Լևոն Բարսեղյանն է:

Transparency International հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնը Սորոսի հիմնադրամից ստացել է 40,000 ԱՄՆ դոլարի դրամաշնորհ: Ծրագրի նպատակն է ուսուցանել, ուղղորդել և օգնել Թրանսփարենսի Ինթերնեշնլ հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնին և նրա տեղական գործընկերներին պատրաստել հետաքննություններ և վերլուծություններ:

Հետաքննող լրագրողներ ՀԿ-ն Հիմնադրամից ստացել է 90,000 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Նպատակը՝ լրագրողական հետաքննությունների խթանումն է Հայաստանում: Ղեկավարը Էդիկ Բաղդասարյանն է:

Գլոբալիզացիայի և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության վերլուծական կենտրոնը ստացել է 36,490 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Ղեկավարը՝ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանն է: Ծրագրի նպատակն է ապահովել ԵՄ-Հայաստան վիզաների դյուրացման և ռեադմիսիայի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրերի իրականացման հաշվետվությունը:

«Ռեստարտ»-ն ստացել է 5000 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Նպատակը` բարձրացնել հանրային իրազեկությունը ՀՀ-ԵՄ  համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում իրականացվող արդյունավետ կառավարման, արդարադատության և մարդու իրավունքների բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ: «Ռեստարտ» հիմնադրամի ղեկավարը Դավիթ Պետրոսյանն է:
