Մարտի 18-ին ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության (վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արամ Ղազարյանի), ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնի (բաժնի պետ Արթուր Հակոբյանի) և ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժնի (բաժնի պետ Արամ Ղարիբյանի) գլխավորությամբ, ձեռնարկելով անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, այնուհետև իրականացված հսկայածավալ աշխատանքների արդյունքում պարզվել է մարտի 16-ին Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած 30-ամյա տղամարդու առեղծվածային մահվան հանգամանքները, գրում է shamshyan.com-ը։

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ դատաբժշկի եզրակացության համաձայն, Գյումրու քաղաքային աղբանոցում հայտնաբերված 30-ամյա Վազգեն Յանգյանի դիակի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է ձախ ազդրի միջին երրորդի առաջներսային մակերեսի ազդրային զարկերակի վնասումով կտրած-ծակած վերք, աջ ծոծրակային շրջանի քերծվածքներով վերք, աջ ազդրի վերին երրորդի կողմնային, աջ սրունքի վերին երրորդի առաջկողմնային և առաջներսային մակերեսների քերծվածքներ։ 

Վնասված է եղել նաև Վ. Յանգյանի ձախ ազդրային զարկերակը, ինչն էլ, ըստ դատաբժշկի, հանդիսացել է նրա մահվան պատճառ։ 

Նույն օրը ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնում նյութեր էին նախապատրաստվել «դժբախտ պատահար» հատկանիշով, և ոստիկանություն էր ահազանգել Գյումրիի բնակիչը՝ 62-ամյա Աշոտ Մանուկյանը։ Նա հայտնել էր, որ Վ. Յանգյանը աղբանոցում գունավոր մետաղներ փնտրելիս մնացել էր հողակույտի տակ, ու ինքը տեսել է, թե ինչպես է այդ ամենը տեղի ունեցել։ 

Վ. Յանգյանին սպանելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժին է բերման ենթարկվել Ա. Մանուկյանը ու սպանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել։ Դեպքի փաստով Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քր. օր-․ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
