ՊՆ-ն արդարացնում է ադրբեջանցիներին․ ՄԻՊ-ն ու ՊՆ-ն հերքում են միմյանց․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․

«Արդեն մի քանի օր է՝ նորընտիր մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանն ու Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հերքում են միմյանց եւ հակասող հայտարարություններ տարածում: Բանն այն է, որ ՄԻՊ-ը հաստատեց, որ ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները տեղակայվել են Ներքին Հանդի հարակից տարածքում: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է. «Ներքին Հանդի գերեզմանատան, Հայրենական պատերազմի զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված հուշակոթողի եւ Շինատեղ կոչվող գյուղատեղիի հարակից բլրի վրա 2022-ի մարտի սկզբին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի տեղակայումը, այդ թվում՝ մի քանի վրանների տեղադրումը եւ իրենց դիրքերից թիկունք կառուցվող նոր ճանապարհները, նոր են»։

ՊՆ-ն, ըստ էության, ընդունում է տարածքի՝ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցնելը, բայց ոչ թե այս տարվա մարտից, այլ նախորդ տարվա գարնանից: «Նախորդ տարի փորվել են խրամատներ, որոնք պատճաշ կահավորման բացակայության պատճառով ձմեռային պայմաններում պիտանի չեն եղել, նրանք հեռացել են եւ վերադարձել այս գարնանը»,- նշում են ՊՆ-ից։ Բացի այդ, ՄԻՊ-ը շեշտում է՝ անասնապահությամբ ու գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվող բնակիչների համար այս իրավիճակը լրջագույն դժվարություններ է ստեղծել իրենց ապրուստը հոգալու առումով։ ՊՆ-ն հակառակն է պնդում՝ հիմնավորելով, որ ադրբեջանցիները չեն կարող դիտարկել Ներքին Հանդը, քանի որ նրանց դիրքերը 2 կիլոմետր հեռու են, բացի այդ, գյուղի եւ նրանց միջեւ մի քանի բարձունք կա։ Այսպիսով, ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն շարունակում է արդարանալ եւ արդարացնել ադրբեջանական գործողությունները, իսկ նորըտիր օմբուդսմենը ջանում է բարձրաձայնել ճշմարտությունը: Եվ այդ ընթացքում ՀՀ քաղաքացին շարունակում է իր տան մեջ ապրելու համար անհարմարություն ունենալ»:
