Շիրակի մարզպետ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանն այսօր՝ մարտի 30-ին,  ընդունել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանին. Հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկվել են գերեվարված շիրակցիների խնդիրներին առնչվող հարցեր։

Մարզպետարանից հայտնում են, որ մասնավորապես, Շիրակի մարզպետն անդրադարձել է նախօրեին Ադրբեջանի Միլլի Մեջլիսի նախագահի հայտարարությանը, որում վերջինս փորձել էր կասկածի տակ դնել գերեվարված անձանց իրավական կարգավիճակը։ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը վկայակոչելով միջազգային բանաձևերն ու փաստաթղթերն, ինչպես նաև եռակողմ հայտարարությունից բխող դրույթները՝ արձանագրել է, որ Ադրբեջանում պահվող անձինք ունեն ռազմագերու կարգավիճակ։

«Տիկին Գրիգորյան, շնորհակալ եմ պատրաստակամության համար, որ այցելել եք մարզ և ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, որոնք վերաբերում են մարդու իրավունքներին, այսօր հնարավորություն կունենանք և հանդիպելու մարզից գերեվարված մեր եղբայրների հարազատներին, և խոսելու նրանց հայրենադարձմանը միտված մեր ջանքերից։

Ցավով եմ արձանագրելու, որ Ադրբեջանը մինչ օրս չի կատարում եռակողմ համաձայնության դրույթներն ու այնտեղ են պահվում մեր հայրենակիցները։ Շիրակի մարզից այժմ 30 անձ ունենք ադրբեջանական բանտերում։ Եվս մեկ անգամ կուզենամ այս հարցին ձեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրել, ակնկալում եմ ձեր գործուն աջակցությունը մեր տղաների հայրենադարձման համար ձեռնարկված քայլերում, քանզի Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է իր ձեռագիրը պահել և անհիմն մեղադրանքներով առաջնորդվելով պատանդի կարգավիճակով պահում է նրանց։ Մինչդեռ հիշում եք, որ նախորդ տարի սեպտեմբերին ԵԽԽՎ կողմից ընդունված բանաձևը՝ հումանիտար հետևանքների մասով, ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծեց, որ այնտեղ պահվող անձինք ունեն ռազմագերու կարգավիճակ»,- նշել է Շիրակի մարզպետը։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել մարզպետին ընդունելության համար և նշել, որ խնդրի լուծման ուղղությամբ արվում է հնարավորը․ «Տիկին Բաղդասարյան, հիրավի ճիշտ եք, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը արհեստականորեն գեներացվող և դատավճիռների հանգեցնող քրեական պրոցեսներ է սկսում՝ ոտնահարելով մարդասիրական բոլոր կոնվենցիաները և միջազգային պարտավորությունները։ Ես բոլոր ուղերձներն ուղարկում եմ իմ կոլեգաներին աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում, սակայն բավարարված չեմ արձագանքների ինտենսիվությունից կամ դրանց հասցեականությունից։ Ամեն պարագայում ձեզ հավաստիացնում եմ՝ իմ գործունեության առանցքում խնդրի լուծումն առաջնային տեղ ունի»,- նշել է Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանը։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ու Շիրակի մարզպետը հանդիպել են գերեվարվածերի հարազատների հետ, այնուհետև շրջայց են կատարել «Գյումրու հոգեկան առողջության կենտրոն»-ում, ծանոթացել պայմաններին ու կատարված աշխատանքներին։
