Դատապարտում ենք. իտալացի պատգամավորն՝ Արցախի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների մասին

Իտալիայի խորհրդարանի անդամ Ալվիս Մանիերոն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի գործողություններով պայմանավորված Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար խնդիրներին:

Ալվիս Մանիերոն «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում նշել է, որ Արցախի բնակիչները օրեր շարունակ մնացել են առանց ջեռուցման Ադրբեջանի կողմից գազի մատակարարումը խափանելու պատճառով:  

«Մենք դատապարտում ենք մարդու իրավունքների պարբերական բնույթ կրող խախտումները, ռազմական ագրեսիան, Արցախում (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում) ապրող հայերի մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացումը: Մինչ միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացած է Ուկրաինայի կոնֆլիկտի վրա, Արցախում թշնամանքը վերականգնվել է:

Եվ մինչ մենք Իտալիայում ու Եվրոպայում իրավամբ մտահոգված ենք գազի մատակարարումների հարցով, ադրբեջանցիները պայթեցրել են Արցախը մատակարարող գազատարը՝ թողնելով տեղի բնակիչներին սառնամանիքի մեջ, առանց տաք ջրի և տաք կերակուր պատրաստելու հնարավորության՝ -8 ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում։ Եկեք չմոռանանք բազմաթիվ շարունակվող հակամարտությունները»,-նշել է պատգամավորը:

Արցախի Հանրապետությունում գազամատակարարումը դադարեցվել էր մարտի 7-ի լույս 8-ի գիշերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից Արցախ մտնող գազատար խողովակաշարի վնասման հետևանքով։ Օրեր անց գազամատակարարումը վերականգնվեց, սակայն մարտի 21-ի երեկոյան Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները կրկին խափանել էին Արցախի գազամատակարարումը՝ խիստ ցուրտ եղանակային պայմաններում Արցախի բնակչությանը զրկելով ջեռուցման կարևոր ռեսուրսից։ Արցախի իշխանությունները հայտարարություն տարածեցին այն մասին, որ գազամատակարարման վերականգնման ուղղությամբ, ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի աջակցությամբ, ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ շարունակվում են բանակցությունները: Գազի մատակարարումը վերականգնվեց միայն մարտի 28-ին:
