Շիրակի մարզում բնակվող պատերազմի մասնակիցները աջակցություն կստանան աշխատանք գտնելու հարցում

 ՀՀ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը և «Իմ քայլը» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ստորագրեցին համագործակցության հուշագիր, որի նպատակն է համատեղ ջանքերով գնահատել  Շիրակի մարզում բնակվող, 44-օրյա պատերազմի հետևանքով հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած զինվորների կարիքները, օգնել նրանց մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման և զբաղվածության ապահովման հարցում:

Հուշագիրը ստորագրեցին ՀՀ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը և «Իմ քայլը» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը:

Նախարարը նշեց, որ Շիրակի մարզում կկազմակերպվեն տեղեկատվական հանդիպումներ և կարիերայի ուղղորդման ճամբարներ, որոնք կխթանեն պատերազմի մասնակիցների աշխատելու մոտիվացիան և կակտիվացնեն նրանց կապը գործատուների հետ:

«Համագործակցության արդյունքում ակնկալում ենք, որ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող պատերազմի մասնակիցները կկարողանան լիարժեք վերաինտեգրվել հասարակությանը, ձեռք բերել նոր հմտություններ և սոցիալական կապեր: Վերականգնողական շրջանից հետո նրանք կկարողանան վերադառնալ աշխատաշուկա, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա ինքնուրույն հոգալ իրենց ընտանիքի կարիքները»,- ասաց Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը:

Նախարարը հավելեց, որ շատ սերտ համագործակցում են Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ և այժմ պլանավորում են ներդնել մի մեխանիզմ, որը հնարավորություն կտա պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողներին զորացրվելուց հետո ապահովել աշխատանքով և ուսման տարբեր ծրագրերով:

Ըստ նախագծի՝ պետությունը մինչև զորացրվելը արդեն գնահատած կունենա զինվորների կարիքները՝ անկախ նրանից մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցել է, թե ոչ,  և ըստ այդ կարիքի  կմշակվեն ծրագրերեր, այդ թվում՝ համագործակցության հնարավորություններ տարբեր ընկերությունների հետ:

«Իմ քայլը» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը կարևորեց այս նախաձեռնությունը և նշեց, որ հիմնադրամը չէր կարող իր գործունեության մեջ շրջանցել 44-օրյա պատերազմի մասնակցած և վիրավորում ստացած տղաներին որոշակի օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու հարցը:

«Մենք նպատակ ունենք տարատեսակ մոդելների ձևավորմամբ աջակցել պետությանը՝ հետագայում նաև հասկանալու արդյոք հաջողվեց ծրագիրը և ի՞նչ ծավալով և մեխանիզմներով այն հետագայում պետք է շարունակվի: Պետք է հասկանանք՝ արդյոք պետությունը կշարունակի միայնակ իրականացնել ծրագիրը, թե՞ այս ձևաչափով կիրականացնենք մնացած մարզերում բնակվող պատերազմի մասնակից և վիրավորում ստացած մեր տղաներին օժանդակելու նախագիծը»,- ասաց նա:
