Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների հաջորդ հանդիպումը կարող է տեղի ունենալ Վիեննայում։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան այս մասին հայտնել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Վահան Հունանյանը։

ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը մեկնաբանել է նաև Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի հայտարարությունները հանդիպումը Հայաստանում կամ Թուրքիայում անցկացնելու ցանկության և համարձակ քայլերի անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ։  

ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը հայտնել է, որ Հայաստանը Թուրքիային առաջարկել է բացել ցամաքային սահմանը դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր կրող անձանց համար, սակայն թուրքական կողմը հապաղում է։

 Հարց․ Որտե՞ղ և երբ է նախատեսվում Հայաստանի ու Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների հաջորդ հանդիպումը:

 Պատասխան․ Կողմերի միջև կա նախնական ըմբռնում, որ հաջորդ հանդիպումը կարող է տեղի ունենալ Վիեննայում։ Հանդիպման ժամկետի և վայրի վերջնական հաստատման պես հանրությունը պատշաճ կերպով կտեղեկացվի։

Հարց․ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարն իր հարցազրույցում նշել է, թե իրենք կցանկանային, որ հանդիպումը լիներ Հայաստանում կամ Թուրքիայում: Ի՞նչ դիրքորոշում ունի հայկական կողմն այս առումով:

Պատասխան․ Կարգավորման նախորդ փորձերի ժամանակ հանդիպումներ Հայաստանում և Թուրքիայում եղել են՝ թե՛ բանակցողների, թե՛ նույնիսկ նախագահների մակարդակով, բայց, ինչպես գիտեք, դրանք արդյունքի չեն հանգեցրել: Նկատի ունեմ՝ կարևորը կարգավորման հասնելու քաղաքական կամքն է և հստակ՝ առարկայական քայլերի գնալու պատրաստակամությունը: Մենք ցուցաբերում ենք երկուսն էլ, և նույնն ակնկալում ենք Թուրքիայից: Եթե կամքը լինի, հանդիպումների վայրը կդառնա զուտ տեխնիկական հարց։

Ավելին, հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների՝ Հայաստանում և Թուրքիայում հանդիպումներ ունենալու առաջարկը վկայում է, որ Թուրքիայի ընկալմամբ՝ գործընթացն ամբողջությամբ երկկողմ բնույթ ունի։ Այս պարագայում տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ Թուրքիայի ներկայացուցիչներից չլսեինք գրեթե ամենշաբաթյա հայտարարություններ այն մասին, թե իրենք գործընթացն առաջ են մղում Ադրբեջանի հետ համակարգմամբ։

Հարց․ Նախարար Չավուշօղլուն Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների կարգավորման վերաբերյալ խոսելիս նշել է նաև համարձակ քայլերի անհրաժեշտության մասին: Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք դա:

Պատասխան․  Հայկական կողմը լիովին համամիտ է համարձակ քայլեր կատարելու անհրաժեշտության հետ։ Մենք բազմիցս ցույց ենք տվել առաջ շարժվելու պատրաստակամությունը, այդ թվում՝ Անթալիայի դիվանգիտական ֆորումին ԱԳ նախարարի մասնակցությամբ, տնտեսական էմբարգոյի վերացմամբ: Հայաստանի ու Թուրքիայի միջև ավիաչվերթների վերականգնումը նույնպես երկկողմ կարևոր քայլ էր:

Համոզված ենք, որ առաջ շարժվելու միակ ճանապարհը ենթադրում է շարունակական հստակ քայլեր։ Օրինակ՝ մենք թուրքական կողմին առաջարկել ենք առաջին փուլով բացել ցամաքային սահմանը դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր կրող անձանց համար, սակայն թուրքական կողմը հապաղում է: Կարծում ենք՝ սա փոքր, բայց առարկայական, կարևորը՝ տրամաբանական քայլ կլինի: Հույս ունենք՝ հնարավոր կլինի այս հարցում հասնել արդյունքի:
