ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանն աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում է Փարիզում: Ապրիլի 27-ին Պաշտպանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Ֆրանսիայի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով դեսպան Դելֆին Բորիոնի, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի Ֆրանսիայի համանախագահ, դեսպան Բրիս Ռոքֆոյի և Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ Մայրցամաքային Եվրոպայի տնօրինության ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից հայտնում են, որ հանդիպումների ընթացքում Պաշտպանը ներկայացրել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հաստատության մանդատը, հաստատության ներկայիս մարտահրավերները, ինչպես նաև կիսվել է հաստատության առաջնահերթություններով:

Անդրադառնալով Պաշտպանի հաստատության կողմից Արցախ և Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ համայնքներ այցելությունների հետևություններին՝ Պաշտպանը ներկայացրել է արցախահայության նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից իրականացվող ճնշումները, այդ թվում՝ հոգեբանական, ապա նաև կոնկրետ ֆիզիկական անձեռնմխելիության ու անվտանգության համար ստեղծված անելանելի պայմանները, որի վերջնանպատակը Արցախի հայաթափումն է։

Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը ներկայացրել է նաև գերության մեջ գտնվող ու անհայտ կորած անձանց հարազատների հետ իր շփումների մանրամասները, մտահոգություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանի կողմից գերիների ու պահվող անձանց անմիջապես վերադարձնելու հարցում իր միջազգային պարտավորություններն ու եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած հանձնառությունը շարունակաբար չկատարելու վերաբերյալ։

Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով դեսպան Դելֆին Բորիոնը հանդիպման ընթացքում ներկայացրել է մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում իր առաքելությունը։ Տիկին Բորիոնը նախանշել է այն մարտահրավերները, որոնք այժմ առկա են գլոբալ մակարդակում մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր բնույթի ընկալման համար, ցավալիորեն նշելով, որ ժամանակակից հակամարտություններն այդ հարցում ամենամեծ մարտահրավերներն են։ Կողմերը նախանշել են նաև կանանց հզորացման օրակարգում համագործակցելու իրենց պատրաստակամությունը։ Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը տիկին Բորիոնին հրավիրել է Հայաստան։

Իր խոսքում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի Ֆրանսիայի համանախագահ դեսպան Բրիս Ռոքֆոյը մտահոգություն է հայտնել պատերազմից հետո առկա չհանգուցալուծված հումանիտար հարցերի վերաբերյալ։ Դեսպան Ռոքֆոյը բարձր է գնահատել գերության մեջ գտնվող ու անհայտ կորած անձանց ընտանիքների տարբեր խնդիրների լուծումը պաշտպանի կողմից մշտապես ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելու և աջակցելու մոտեցումը։

Հանդիպումների շրջանակներում Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը նաև շեշտել է Արցախում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ու ընդհանրապես՝ միջազգային ներկայացվածությունն ավելացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ որպես արցախահայության իրավունքների ու բնականոն կյանքի երաշխավորման լրացուցիչ երաշխիք։
