Մայիսի 2-ին Թբիլիսիում կայացել է հայ-վրացական իրավաբանական ֆորումը, որին մասնակցել է արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը:

Պատվիրակության կազմում են արդարադատության փոխնախարար Արփի Սարգսյանը, «Օրենսդրության զարգացման և իրավական հետազոտությունների կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Տիգրան Դադունցը, Պրոբացիայի ծառայության տնօրեն Գևորգ Սիմոնյանը, Նոտարական պալատի նախագահ  Լիլիթ Մուրադյանը և ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի տեղակալ Արթուր Վարդանյանը:

Ֆորումի կազմակերպմանն աջակցել է Ասիական զարգացման բանկը:

Միջոցառմանը բացման խոսքով հանդես են եկել արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանն ու Վրաստանի արդարադատության նախարար Ռատի Բրեգաձեն։ Ֆորումի ժամանակ երկու երկրների նախարարները խոսել են իրավական ոլորտում համագործակցության կարևորության մասին։ Արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ռատի Բրեգաձեին՝ հրավերի համար և ընդգծել, որ հայ-վրացական ֆորումը կարևոր քայլ է երկու երկրների միջև գործընկերությունը խորացնելու համար։

«Մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է երկու բարեկամ երկրների միջև փորձի փոխանակումը՝ սկսած պրոբացիայի փայլուն գաղափարից, որը նպաստում է պրոբացիոն համակարգի զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև շատ կարևոր մի փորձ, որի մասին կցանկանայի խոսել՝ դրանք արդարադատության տներն են»,- նշել է նախարար Անդրեասյանն իր ելույթում:

Նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանը կարևոր է համարել նաև արբիտրաժային կենտրոններ ստեղծելու գաղափարը, որն այս պահին Հայաստանում գտնվում է ստեղծման սկզբնական փուլում, իսկ Վրաստանում այն արդեն իրագործվել է։ Երկու երկրների արդարադատության նախարարները ֆորումի ընթացքում քննարկել են նաև արդիական հարցեր՝ նոտարական ծառայությունների հասանելիության, էլեկտրոնային հանրային ծառայությունների մատուցման, քրեակատարողական և պրոբացիոն համակարգերի բարեփոխման, դատապարտյալների վերասոցիալականացման ծրագրերի, ֆորմալ և ոչ ֆորմալ իրավաբանական կրթության մասին։

Վրաստանի արդարադատության նախարար Ռատի Բրեգաձեն ընդգծել է, որ Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի գործընկերային հարաբերությունները կտեղափոխվեն նոր փուլ, և երկու երկրների արդարադատության նախարարների համագործակցությունն էլ ավելի կամրապնդվի։

Հայ-վրացական իրավական ֆորումը կավարտվի այսօր։

Այցի ընթացքում Հայաստանի արդարադատության նախարարը կայցելի Ազգային արխիվ, Արդարադատության տուն, Քրեակատարողական ծառայություն և կծանոթանա նրանց աշխատանքների վրացական մոդելին։
