Այսօր ոստիկանությունը շարունակել է բիրտ ուժ կիրառել ՀՀ իշխանության դեմ անհնազանդության խաղաղ ակցիաներ իրականացնող Դիմադրության շարժման մասնակիցների նկատմամբ: Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Խստորեն դատապարտելով նրանց հակաօրինական գործողությունները՝ կոչ եմ անում չդառնալ գործիք այն ուժի ձեռքում, ով դեռևս 2008 թ. բղավում էր, որ «հոգին փառավորվում է», երբ իրեն շրջապատած ամբոխը, մահակներով զինված, հարձակվում է ոստիկանների՝ ձեր և ձեր ընկերների վրա, իսկ այսօր ոստիկաններին է հրահանգում հարձակվել խաղաղ ցուցարարների վրա՝ նրանց բերման ենթարկելու, վախեցնելու կամ ճնշելու նպատակով:

Նախապես ասում ենք՝ չի՛ հաջողվելու: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները դուրս են եկել փողոց՝ իրենց պետությունը պաշտպանելու վճռականությամբ, ու թեև նրանց նկատմամբ անհամաչափ, անթույլատրելի միջոցներ են կիրառվում, միևնույն է, նրանց շարունակում են միանալ հազարավոր համախոհներ, և ժամ առ ժամ շարքերն ավելի կուռ են դառնում:

Ոստիկանության առաջնային խնդիրը պետք է լինի այդ նույն քաղաքացու իրավունքներն ու ազատությունը, հասարակության և պետության շահերը պաշտպանելը, մինչդեռ վերջին ժամանակահատվածում նրանց շարքերը ուռճացվել են գլխավորապես իշխանության ղեկին կառչած պաշտոնյայի և նրա թիմի անվտանգությունը, հետագա գործունեությունը ապահովելու նպատակով:

Եթե 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում այս նույն շտապողականությամբ պետության գերագույն պատասխանատուն մոբիլիզացներ այս նույն ուժերը, ու բանակը համալրվեր, հնարավոր էր կանգնեցնել անհաջողությունների շղթան և կանխել պարտությունը:

Ժողովո՛ւրդ, հասկանո՞ւմ եք, նրանք կարո՛ղ էին դա անել, բայց չե՛ն արել․ կարո՛ղ էին պաշտպանել Արցախը, Հայաստանի սահմանները, սակայն ինչպես այն ժամանակ, այնպես էլ այսօր, հասկանո՞ւմ եք, նրանց չեն հուզում սահմանին կանգնած զինվորի, սպայի, սահմանամերձ գյուղերում, հակառակորդի նշանառության տակ ապրող մեր հայրենակիցների, ողջ ժողովրդի արժանապատվությունն ու ճակատագիրը, այլ մտածում են միայն իրենց անվտանգությունն ապահովելու և աթոռները պահելու մասին։

Իսկ մենք պայքարելու ենք, որ մեղավորները կանգնեն օրենքի առջև:
