«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ՀՀ Երեւան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը բավարարել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանի ներկայացրած հայցը ընդդեմ պատգամավոր Լենա Նազարյանի. իշխանական պատգամավորը պետք է ներողություն խնդրի Թովմասյանից: Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ տարվա հուլիսի 3-ին ԱԺ այդ ժամանակ անկախ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ԱԺ ամբիոնից խոսեց Աբովյանի դիահերձարանի գետնին նետված դիերի մասին՝ քննադատելով իշխանությանը, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ ստացավ ԱԺ այն ժամանակվա փոխնախագահի կողմից վիրավորանք:

Այս խոսքերից հետո ինչպես Թագուհի Թովմասյանը, այնպես էլ մի շարք պատգամավորներ Աժ ամբիոնից պահանջեցին Լենա Նազարյանից ներողություն խնդրել, սակայն նա հրաժարվեց դա անել: Եւ այդպես հարցը հասավ դատարան, որտեղ Լենա Նազարյանի փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Սիրունյանը փորձում էր ամեն ինչ անել՝ ապացուցելու, որ Նազարյանը չի վիրավորել Թագուհի Թովմասյանին:
Նույնիսկ Երեւանի Վալերի Բրյուսովի անվան պետական լեզվահասարակագիտական համալսարանից էր փաստաբանը գրություն բերել, թե ինչ է նշանակում «իդիոտկա» բառը՝ փորձելով ապացուցել, թե դա հունարեն նշանակում է առաջնորդ: Սակայն Բրյուսովի անվան համալսարանը տվել էր գրություն, որ բառը ակնհայտ վիրավորանք է պարունակում։

Եւ այսպես, երբ հակափաստարկները առավել քան ծիծաղելի էին ու ոչ հավատարժան, Լենա Նազարյանի փաստաբանը ստիպված եղավ խղճահարություն առաջացնել դատարանում՝ ասելով, թե Լենա Նազարյանի ֆինանսական վիճակը այնքան էլ լավ չէ, ամսական մոտ 600 հազար դրամ վարկ է մարում, ուստի չի կարող շուրջ 1 մլն դրամ տուգանք վճարել, եւ դատարանից խնդրեց վճիռ կայացնելիս հաշվի առնել պատգամավորի ֆինանսական դրությունը: Այսպիսով, դատարանը հաշվի առավ Լենա Նազարյանի ֆինանսական խեղճ վիճակը եւ Թագուհի Թովմասյանի հայցը բավարարեց մասնակի. վճռով պարտադրեց հրապարակային ներողություն խնդրել Թագուհի Թովմասյանից, սակայն ֆինանսական հատուցման մասով որոշեց ընդառաջել Նազարյանին եւ գումարի բռնագանձում չպարտադրել:

Իհարկե, Թագուհի Թովմասյանի փատաբան Սերգեյ Ոսկանյանը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ վճիռը բողոքարկվելու է, քանի որ դատարանը պետք է պարտավորեցներ Լենա Նազարյանին ոչ միայն ներողություն խնդրել հենց ԱԺ ամբիոնից, այլեւ գումար բռնագանձեր: Բայց թեեւ դատավճիռը բողոքարկվելու է, այնուամենայնիվ, փաստ է, որ, այսպես, թե այնպես, Լենա Նազարյանը դատարանի պարտադրանքով ներողություն է խնդրելու Թագուհի Թովմասյանից»:
