ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի Եվրոպայի հանձնախմբի նախաձեռնությամբ մայիսի 2-6 կայացել է ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր, ՀՅԴ անդամ Արթուր Խաչատրյանի այցը Ստրասբուրգ և Բրյուսել։

ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր, ՀՅԴ անդամ Արթուր Խաչատրյանն այցելել է Եվրոպական Խորհրդարան, հայտնում են ՀՅԴ Եվրոպայի Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի գրասենյակից։

Ստրասբուրգում ԱԺ պատգամավորը և ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի Եվրոպայի հանձնախմբի ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպումներ են ունեցել Եվրախորհրդարանի տարբեր երկրներից տարբեր պատգամավորական խմբերի անդամ երկու տասնյակ պատգամավորների հետ։

Մասնավորապես, հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունեցել Եվրախորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ Էվա Քայլիի (Հունաստան, Սոցիալիստներ և դեմոկրատներ), Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների հետ համագործակցության պատվիրակության նախագահ Մարինա Կալյուրանդի (Էստոնիա, Սոցիալիստներ և դեմոկրատներ), Եվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վերաժողովի պատվիրակության ղեկավար Անդրիուս Կուբիլիուսի (Լիտվա, Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցություն), Հայասատանի հարցերով Եվրախորհրդարանի զեկուցաբեր Անդրեյ Կովաչևի, (Բուլղարիա, Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցություն), ինչպես նաև Եվրախորհրդարանում Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամության խմբի ղեկավար Լուկաս Ֆուրլասի (Կիպրոս, Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցություն) և Արցախի հետ բարեկամության խմբի ղեկավար Պիտեր վան Դալենի (Նիդերլանդներ, Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցություն) հետ։

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել է Արցախի հիմնախնդիրը, մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանի կողմից շարունակվող հայատյաց քաղաքականությունը, Արցախում չդադարող ռազմական սադրանքները (մասնավորապես, Խնապատ-Խրամորթ հատվածում լարվածությունը և Փառուխ գյուղի ու Քարագլուխ բարձունքի մի հատվածի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության հաստատումը), հոգեբանական տեռորը և մարդասիրական աղետի ստեղծումը, որի նպատակն Արցախի հայաթափումն է։

Արթուր Խաչատրյանը զրուցակիցներին տեղեկացրել է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակի, ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ նկրտումների մասին։

Առանձնակի ուշադրություն է դարձվել Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների հարցին։

Զրուցակիցների խնդրանքով Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրել է ընդդիմության մոտեցումները Արցախի հարցի լուծման վերաբերյալ՝ կարևորելով Արցախի ժողովրդի ազատ ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հարգումը և Ադրբեջանի կազմում Արցախի որևէ կարգավիճակի բացառումը։

Արթուր Խաչատրյանը նաև զրուցակիցներին ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը և վերջին զարգացումները՝ բարձրաձայնելով ցուցարարների և ցույցերը լուսաբանող լրագրողների նկատմամբ ուժի անհամաչափ կիրառման հարցը։

Առանձին հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել նաև ԵԽ-ում Ադրբեջանի հարցով հատուկ զեկուցաբեր Զելյանա Զովկոյի հետ։ Հանդիպման թեման Արցախի հիմնախնդիրն էր, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի՝ պետական մակարդակով տարվող հայատյաց քաղաքականությունը։ 

Այցն ամփոփվել է Բրյուսելում՝ Բելգիայի Հայ Դատի հանձնախմբի անդամների հետ կլոր սեղան-քննակմամբ։
