Երկրապահի օրվա և մայիսյան տոների առթիվ ՀՀ ԵԿՄ վարչության նախագահ Սասուն Միքայելյանը հանդես է եկել ուղերձով: Ուղերձում մասնավորապես ասվում է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Մայիսի 8-ը Երկրապահի օրն է:

Նախորդ դարավերջին, չունենալով բանակ, Սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանը կարողացավ համախմբել մեզ, և մենք միասնական կերտեցինք մեր նորագույն պատմության փառահեղ էջը: Այսօր երկրապահները, կամավորականները, ազատամարտիկները վստահ են, որ նորանոր նվաճումներ ու ձեռքբերումներ կունենանք:

Երկրապահը միշտ սահմանում է, զինվորի կողքին: Տոնդ շնորհավո՛ր, երկրապահ: Տոնդ շնորհավո՛ր, Սպարապետ:

Մենք՝ երկրապահներս, անցել ենք դժվարին ճանապարհներ, հաղթահարել ենք բազում փորձություններ.

Սպարապե՛տ, մենք հավատարիմ ենք մնալու մեր առաքելությանն ու Քո պատգամին: Այսօր մեր շարքերը համալրվում են երիտասարդներով և պատանի երկրապահներով:

Սիրելի՛ պատանի երկրապահներ, հավատում եմ, որ Դուք մեր արժանի հետնորդները կդառնաք: Երկրապահի օրվա և մայիսյան եռատոնի առթիվ շնորհավորում եմ մեր ժողովրդին:

Մենք պարտավոր ենք գիտակցել հաղթանակների ձեռքբերման գինը և շարունակել քայլել ու նույն ոգով կերտել նորանոր հաղթանակներ: Մենք այդպես էլ չսովորեցինք դասեր քաղել մեր թույլ տված սխալներից:

Մայիսի 9-ը միասնությամբ, համախմբվածությամբ կերտած հաղթանակների օր է: Գնահատենք մայիսյան տոների արժեքը, գնահատենք մեր նորանկախ պետականության համար պայքարած անհատներին, կամավորականներին, բանակին, գեներալից մինչև մեր խիզախ զինվոր:
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Պատմականորեն, երբ համախմբվել ենք, տարել ենք հաղթանակներ, ուստի այսօր առավել քան կարևոր է մեր միասնությունը, համախմբվածությունը: Սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանն ասում էր.

«Դարերի մեռած պատմությունը թափ տվեք ձեր հոգուց, մի մեռեք ձեր տան մեջ: Ձեր հոգու մեռելներին թաղեք: Էս երկիրը ձերը չէ, դուք գալիս-անցնում եք, ձերը էս երկրի սիրտը պահելն է: Սիրտը: Ես ձեզ չեմ հասկանում: Ես ձեզնից վախենում եմ, դուք կգնաք ու ձեր զավակների վզից կկախեք Մեղրիի ձեր տան բանալիները, լաց կլինեք, կենաց կխմեք ու կսատկեք կարոտից, բայց զենք չեք վերցնի: Ես ձեզնից վախենում եմ, դուք մեռոնին թույն կխառնեք…»:
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Եկեք միասին պահենք ու հզորացնենք բազում փորձություններով և արհավիրքներով անցնող մեր հայրենիքը: Հավերժ փա՛ռք նահատակված քաջերին, Հավերժ հիշատակ Սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանին, Մեր խոնարհումը հերոսածին մայրերին, Փա՛ռք երկրապահին, ազատամարտիկներին, մեր բանակին, զինվորներին, Փա՛ռք Հայաստան, Արցախ, Սփյուռք եռամիասնությանը:
