Արցախի պաշտպանության նախարար, ՊԲ հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Կամո Վարդանյանն ուղերձ է հղել Հաղթանակի տոնի, Արցախի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության բանակի և Շուշիի ազատագրման օրվա առթիվ:

«Արդեն երկրորդ տարին է, ինչ Մայիսի 9-ը՝ մեր տոնացույցի պայծառ օրերից մեկը՝ Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում Հաղթանակի, Շուշիի ազատագրման ու ՊԲ օրը, մենք դիմավորում ենք մթագնված տրամադրությամբ: Պատճառները, անշուշտ, հայտնի են բոլորիս, սակայն ճշմարիտ է նաև, որ 44 -օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքում ունեցած ցավալի կորուստները չեն նսեմացնում հայ ժողովրդի վիթխարի ներդրումը Հայրենական Մեծ պատերազմում և 1992 թ. Մայիսի 9-ին հայկական ոգու, հայ ռազմիկի կերտած փառավոր հաղթանակը Շուշիում:

Մեծ հայրենականի սկզբնական շրջանում կամ այն ծանր օրերին, երբ Ադրբեջանը ձեռնամուխ էր եղել տխրահռչակ «Կոլցո» գործողության իրականացմանը, դժվար էր պատկերացնել, որ կործանարար հարվածներ կրող Խորհրդային բանակը հաղթանակի դրոշ կբարձրացնի Բեռլինում, իսկ հայրենիքի պաշտպանության զինվորը դարձած դեռ երեկվա խաղաղ բնակիչը շուտով ազատագրելու է Շուշին:

Երկու հաղթանակներն էլ հնարավոր դարձան հավաքական ամուր կամքի, անհրաժեշտ պահին կարևոր նպատակների շուրջ համախմբվելու ունակության, մարտադաշտում ցուցաբերած անձնազոհության ու հերոսության, թիկունքում շուրջօրյա ռեժիմով կատարվող հետևողական, ծանր աշխատանքի շնորհիվ:

 

Հիմա նորից եկել է այդ որակները դրսևորելու ժամանակը: Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար նահատակված մեր հայրենակիցների հիշատակը հարգելու լավագույն ուղին նրանց երազանքների երկիրը կառուցելն է: Այդ ճանապարհին մենք իրավունք չունենք ընկճվելու կամ հուսահատվելու, թափված արյան որևէ կաթիլն իմաստազրկված չէ, քանի դեռ կա ազատ և անկախ Արցախը: Մենք մնում ենք հաստատակամ և վճռական մեր համազգային նպատակներն ու իղձերն իրականություն դարձնելու հարցում:

Ցանկանում եմ առաջին հերթին շնորհավորել Մեծ հայրենականի մեր հարգելի վետերաններին, Շուշիի ազատագրման գործողության մասնակիցներին և մեր զոհված զինակիցների ընտանիքներին: Ձեր և ձեր հարազատների կատարածը մեզ պարտավորեցնում է անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի իրականություն դառնա նրանց և բոլորիս պատկերացրած ապագան:

Շնորհավորում եմ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր այսօր էլ կատարում են իրենց պարտքը հայրենիքի նկատմամբ՝ պաշտպանում են նրա սահմանները:
