Ազգային ժողովի «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Վարդևանյանն անդրադարձել է Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի իրավական և բարոյական կողմերին։

Նա Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է. «Օրվա իշխանությունները որոշել էին որպես հենց սադրիչ ներգրավել մի քանի տարեց մարդկանց, մեր ծնողի կամ պապիկների հասակի մարդկանց: Իրավիճակը ճիշտ հասկանալու համար մի քանի առանցքային փաստական տվյալ եմ նշում. ավագ սերնդի մեր հայրենակիցները հրապարակ էին եկել հավկիթներով:

Դրանցով հարվածել են տղաների մեքենային ու ամենատգեղ, անբացատրելի հայհոյանքներ էին տվել: Հազարավոր մարդկանց մասնակցությամբ հանրահավաքին, միայն այս չորս հայրենակիցը նման վարքագծի նախապես կազմակերպված դիտավորությամբ ու վարքագծով էին: Տղաները, երբ մոտեցել են, այդ անբացատրելի հայհոյանքներով վարքագիծն ավելի ինտենսիվ է դարձել: Քրեական իրավունքում գործողության պրովոկացիա հասկացություն կա, սա հենց այդ դեպքն է:

Հարց է չէ՞ առաջանում՝ ինչը պետք է դրդեր ավագ սերնդի մեր՝ անկախ քաղաքական հայացքներից սիրելի հայրենակիցներին, պատերազմի մասնակից, բարձրագույն կրթությամբ, հայրենասեր տղերքի, ովքեր շատ ակտիվ են «Դիմադրության» շարժման մեջ, նման հայհոյանքներ տալ, նախապես պատրաստված հավկիթներով հարվածելով` բացառապես սադրանքը, քրեական գործերի հարուցման հիմքեր ստեղծելն ու առհասարակ նորից սևերի ու սպիտակների բաժանումը:

Միանշանակ է նաև, որ բռնությունը երբեք ընդունելի չէ, անընդունելի է, անկախ նրանից դիմացինդ հայ տարեց, թե երիտասարդ է, կամ այլ հատկանիշներ: Օրինակ, երբ ՊՊԾ աշխատողները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ներկայությամբ ԱԺ-ում երիտասարդ կին պատգամավորի մարմնական վնասվածք էին հասցնում, ինքը խրախուսեց այդ վարքագիծը, ինքը խրախուսեց հղի կնոջ վրաերթի ու դեպքի վայրը լքելու վարքագիծը: Չի կարող լինել նման պառակտող քաղաքականություն:

Չեմ կարող չնշել, որ ոստիկանության բավարար ուժերի առկայության դեպքում մեր ավագ սերնդի ներկայացուցիչներն այդպիսի վարքագծի դեպքում (միայն հավկիթ բերելը բավարար է) բերման էին ենթարկվելու, իսկ հայհոյանքների դեպքում իրենց նկատմամբ ուժ էլ կկիրառվեր, այսինքն՝ այս ցավալի դեպքը չէր լինի, բայց ոստիկանական ուժերը Երևանում են:

Հիշենք, քանի դեպք է եղել իշխանական թիմի խուլիգանական վարքագծի, որոնց համար նույնիսկ բերման չեն ենթարկվել: Երկակի ստանդարտներ չեն լինելու: Մենք ունենալու ենք ազգային համերաշխություն և վերջ»,-գրել է Վարդևանյանը։
