Այս տարվա ապրիլի 23-ին ադրբեջանական կողմում հայտնված Արթուր Մարտիրոսովը Կարմիր խաչի միջոցով կապ է հաստատել ընտանիքի հետ, այս մասին 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հաղորդակցության ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Զառա Ամատունին՝ նշելով, որ Կարմիր խաչի ներկայացուցիչները Բաքվում պահվող Արթուր Մարտիրոսովին այցելել են ապրիլի 30-ին։

«Կարող եմ հաստատել, որ ապրիլի 30-ին մեր կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչներն Ադրբեջանում Արթուր Մարտիրոսովին տեսակցել են։ Տեսակցության շրջանակներում նրան գրանցել են։ Սա առաջին քայլն է, որը սովորաբար անում են, որպեսզի հետագա հնարավոր անհետացումները հնարավոր լինի կանխել։ Հնարավորություն է տրվել Մարտիրոսովին կապ հաստատել ընտանիքի հետ՝ Կարմիր խաչի նամակի միջոցով։ Կարծում եմ՝ մենք կկարողանանք դեռ տեսակցել նրան՝ ի թիվս այլ գերեվարված անձանց՝ պարբերական կերպով։ Այս պահին՝ այսքանը»,- ասել է Զառա Ամատունին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 23-ին, զորամասից մարտական հենակետ գնալու ճանապարհին, կորել էր կապը N զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Էդուարդ Արթուրի Մարտիրոսովի հետ։ Ինչպես հայտնել էին Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից՝ անմիջապես մեկնարկել էին որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքներ:Ռուսական կողմի միջնորդությամբ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ ներկայացուցիչների հետ իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ Է. Մարտիրոսովը նույն օրը, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, հատել էր հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը և գտնվում է ադրբեջանական կողմում: Ադրբեջանական կողմը շարքային Արթուրի Մարտիրոսովին ներկայացրել էր՝ որպես «դիվերսանտ», ինչը պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությամբ ՊՆ-ն հերքել էր։
