Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք, երեկ՝ մայիսի 10-ին, երեկոյան ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի «Վերածննդի» հրապարակում հնչել են կրակոցներ, որի հետևանքով վնասվել էր Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի բնակչին պատկանող ավտոմեքենան:

Դեպքի առթիվ ԱՀ իրավապահ մարմինների տարածած պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունների­ համաձայն՝ անմիջապես ձեռնարկվել են քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ, որի արդյունքների հիման վրա ԱՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և ենթադրյալ հանցագործության կատարման կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Ս.Կ.-ն:

Այս առթիվ մամուլն արդեն հաստատել է, որ ԱՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող Ս. Կ.-ն Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ-մայոր Սամվել Կարապետյանն է: Սակայն լրատվամիջոցները մի շարք իրարամերժ տեղեկություններ են հրապարակել նաև, թե իբր գեներալ Կարապետյանի ձերբակալման մասին տեղեկությունները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը:

Շրջանառվող լուրերի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանում ստանալու համար «Արցախպրես»-ը դիմել է ԱՀ Նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Լուսինե Ավանեսյանին, ով, մասնավորապես, ասել է.

«Ստեփանակերտի «Վերածննդի» հրապարակում մայիսի 10-ին հնչած կրակոցների դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել է Արցախի հերոս Սամվել Կարապետյանը: Գործը գտնվում է իրավապահ մարմինների լիազորությունների տիրույթում: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Արցախի նախագահը անցած ժամերի ընթացքում Սամվել Կարապետյանին աջակցող դիմումներ է ստացել և ինքն էլ բարձր է գնահատում Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության գործում պարոն Կարապետյանի ունեցած վաստակը, սակայն իրավասու չէ որևէ կերպ միջամտել իրավապահների աշխատանքին: Արցախի Հանրապետությունում բոլորն օրենքի առջև հավասար են, և այս առումով Նախագահը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ Արցախում արտոնյալներ չպետք է լինեն»,- ասել է Ավանեսյանը:
