«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Քննչական կոմիտեն եւ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը լուրջ վեճ են ունեցել. պատճառը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ավտոշարասյանն ուղեկցող ոստիկանության ավտոմեքենայի հարվածի հետեւանքով գրանցված վրաերթն է, որի պատճառով երիտասարդ աղջիկ մահացավ: Բանն այն է, որ դատախազությունը ցուցում է տվել, որը, սակայն, Քննչական կոմիտեն որոշել է չկատարել:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, 2022թ. ապրիլի 29-ին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել երիտասարդ աղջկան վրաերթի ենթարկած ոստիկանության մայոր Ա. Նավասարդյանի նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 244-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով քրեական հետապնդում չիրականացնելու մասին՝ նրա արարքում հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով, ինչպես նաեւ նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (Երթեւեկության կամ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ): Եվ, ահա, այս որոշումից հետո սկսվել է իրավապահ համակարգի կռիվը:

Գործը հսկող դատախազը կոմիտեի քննիչից պահանջել է վերացնել այդ որոշումները, քննել նաեւ վարորդի՝ դեպքի վայրը լքելու հանգամանքը եւ կալանավորման միջնորդության հարցը քննարկել: Այս ցուցումը կոմիտեի դուրը չի եկել, եւ թեժ քննարկման են բռնվել դատախազության հետ, առարկություններ ներկայացրել, ինչը մերժվել է դատախազության կողմից: Չի բացառվում, որ երկու ուժային կառույցների վեճը այն աստիճան թեժանա, որ որոշվի քրեական գործը ուղարկել ԱԱԾ: Ասել է թե՝ դատախազի միակ հույսը իր ցուցումները կատարելու համար մնացել է ԱԱԾ-ն, քանի որ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը եւ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը ներքին տարաձայնություններ ունեն:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը բազմիցս անդրադարձել է այդ թեմային, եւ հիմա էլ Քննչական կոմիտեն է սկսել դատախազության ցուցումների դեմ ընդվզել, մինչդեռ դա օրենսդրական խիստ պահանջ է»:
