ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է հրապարակել Ֆինլանդիայի` ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու վերաբերյալ

Ֆինլանդիան ջերմորեն կընդունվի ՆԱՏՕ-ում, եթե որոշի դիմել դաշինքին միանալու համար: Այս մասին հինգշաբթի հայտարարել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգը։

Նա նշել է, որ Ֆինլանդիան ՆԱՏՕ-ի ամենամոտ գործընկերներից է և կարևոր ներդրում ունի եվրատլանտյան անվտանգության ապահովման գործում։

Ֆինլանդիայի նախագահ Սաուլի Նիինիստոն և վարչապետ Սաննա Մարինը հինգշաբթի հհայտարարել են, որ Ֆինլանդիան պետք է հնարավորինս շուտ դիմի ՆԱՏՕ-ին միանալու համար: Ենթադրվում է, որ պաշտոնական որոշումը կկայացվի կիրակի՝ մայիսի 15-ին։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն այս առնչությամբ հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ստիպված կլինի ռազմատեխնիկական բնույթի պատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ դադարեցնելու իր ազգային անվտանգությանը սպառնացող վտանգները՝ ի պատասխան Ֆինլանդիայի հնարավոր անդամակցությանը ՆԱՏՕ-ին։

«Ռուսական կողմը բազմիցս նշել է, որ իր ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման ուղիների ընտրությունը Ֆինլանդիայի իշխանություններին ու ժողովրդինն է։ Սակայն Հելսինկին պետք է իրեն հաշիվ տա նման քայլի պատասխանատվության ու հետևանքների հարցում», - ընդգծվում է հայտարարության մեջ։

Նշվում է, որ Ֆինլանդիայի անդամակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ին լուրջ վնաս կհասցնի ռուս-ֆիննական երկկողմ հարաբերություններին։

«ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելը կլինի նաև Ֆինլանդիայի միջազգային իրավական պարտավորությունների ուղղակի խախտում, առաջին հերթին 1947 թվականի Փարիզի խաղաղության պայմանագրի, որը նախատեսում է կողմերի պարտավորությունը չմտնել դաշինքների մեջ կամ չմասնակցել նրանցից մեկի դեմ ուղղված կոալիցիաներին, ինչպես նաև կխախտի Ռուսաստանի և Ֆինլանդիայի միջև 1992 թվականի «Հարաբերությունների հիմունքների մասին» պայմանագիրը, որը սահմանում է, որ կողմերը ձեռնպահ կմնան մյուս կողմի տարածքային ամբողջականության կամ քաղաքական անկախության դեմ ուժի սպառնալիքից կամ կիրառումից, չեն օգտագործի կամ թույլ չեն տա օգտագործել իրենց տարածքը հակառակ կողմի դեմ զինված ագրեսիայի համար։
