Ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել պոռնկությամբ զբաղվելուն նպաստելու վերաբերյալ։ Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Ոստիկանության տարածած հաղորդագրությունից, իրացնելով ստացված տվյալները՝ մայիսի 2-ին ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժին են ներկայացվել Լոռու մարզի երկու բնակչուհի։ 

Նրանցից մեկը հայտնել է, որ 2020-2021 թթ. ընթացքում Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի ճանապարհի խորտկարաններից մեկում, ձեռնարկատիրոջ հորդորով ու համոզմամբ, հաճախորդների հետ փողի դիմաց կատարել է սեքսուալ գործողություններ։ Ամեն հանդիպումից հետո խորտկարանի 61-ամյա ձեռնարկատերը իրեն տվել է 1000 դրամ, իսկ մնացած փողը՝ պահել, սակայն, ըստ նախնական պայմանավորվածության, փողը պետք է հավասար բաժանեին։

Մյուս կինն էլ հայտնել է, որ նույն խորտկարանի ձեռնարկատիրոջ հորդորով ու համոզմամբ շուրջ 3 տարի, նախնական պայմանավորվածությամբ, հաճախորդների հետ փողի դիմաց ունեցել է սեռական հարաբերություն, և ամեն հանդիպումից հետո 61-ամյա ձեռնարկատերը տվել է 5000 դրամ։

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ճշտվել է խորտկարանի մշտական հաճախորդների ինքնությունը։ Նրանք հայտնաբերվել են, տվել խոստովանական բացատրություն։

Ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումներով հայտնաբերվել է նաև խորտկարանի 61-ամյա տերը։

Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որն ուղարկվել է քննչական կոմիտե։

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
