Միացյալ Նահանգները շատ բարձր է գնահատում Հայաստանի հետ ընդհանուր ժողովրդավարական արժեքների վրա խարսխված փոխգործակցությունը եւ շարունակում է հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների հետագա դրական շարժընթաց նախանշել:

Հանրապետության եւ Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների միջեւ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-րդ հոբելյանական տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան տիկին Լին Մ. Թրեյսին բացառիկ հարցազրույց է տվել «Արմենպրես» պետական լրատվական գործակալությանը՝ խոսելով Հայաստանում իր դիվանագիտական առաքելության, նախկին ու ներկա փորձի, երկրից ստացած իր անձնական տպավորությունների, հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների ողջ օրակարգին առնչվող կարևորագույն հարցերի, տարածաշրջանային եւ միջազգային զարգացումների մասին:

ԱՄՆ դեսպանը մանրամասնորեն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի եւ Միացյալ Նահանգների հարաբերությունների վերջին 30 տարվա ընդհանուր դինամիկային, դրանց հեռանկարներին եւ կարևոր տեղեկություններ է հաղորդել երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ընթացիկ զարգացման մասին:

Դեսպան Թրեյսիի խոսքով՝ Միացյալ Նահանգները հանձնառու է աջակցել Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարական եւ տնտեսական բարեփոխումների օրակարգին եւ լինել Հայաստանի գործընկերն այդ նպատակներին հասնելու ճանապարհին:

«Մենք հանձնառու ենք օգնել հայ ժողովրդին կառուցելու այնպիսի ապագա, որի հիմքում ընդհանուր ժողովրդավարական արժեքներն են ու այն ճանապարհը, որ հայ ժողովուրդն ընտրեց 2018 թվականին եւ մեկ անգամ եւս վերահաստատեց 2021 թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ», - ասել է Հայաստանում Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպանը:
