Այսօր՝ մայիսի 21-ին, հիվանդանոցում մահացել է Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ, 43-ամյա Գարեգին Եփրեմյանը:
 
Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, վերջինս հիվանդանոց էր տեղափոխվել մայիսի 8-ին՝ Արարատի մարզի Լանջանիստ գյուղի «Աղքիլիսա» կոչվող բարձունքի հատվածում ավտովթարի ենթարկվելուց հետո, ինչի հետևանքով Գ. Եփրեմյանն ու ևս 3 հոգի՝ տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով, տեղափոխվել էին հիվանդանոց:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ մայիսի 8-ին խոշոր ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում: Ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ, 46-ամյա Եղիշե Կարապետյանը իր վարած УАЗ մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Լանջանիստ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող «Աղքիլիսա» կոչվող բարձունքի հատվածում դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում կորցրել էր ավտոմեքենայի կառավարումը, դուրս եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և մոտ 600 մետր մի քանի պտույտ գլորվելով՝ հայտնվել էր ձորում:
 
Ինչպես հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, վթարի հետևանքով վարորդ Ե. Կարապետյանն ու ուղևորներ, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ, 35-ամյա Յուրա Սողոմոնյանը, 35-ամյա Գրիշա Մանուկյանը և 43-ամյա Գարեգին Եփրեմյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էին Վեդու բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնություն ստանալուց հետո տեղափոխվել էին «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն:
 
Օպերատիվորեն վթարի վայր էին ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Արարատի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության թիվ 26 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ, ովքեր վիրավորներին մեծ դժվարությամբ ճոպաններով և փրկարարական ամենագնացով դուրս էին բերել վթարի վայրից և մոտեցրել օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Վեդու հիվանդանոցի բժիշկների հերթապահ խմբին, ովքեր մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն էին ցուցաբերել:
 
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել էին Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Գրիգոր Պողոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Կարապետ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ:
