ԱՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանը մայիսի 23-ին Երևանում հանդիպել է ՀՀ-ում ԱՀ կառավարության օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Միքայել Վիրաբյանի և այդ պահին շտաբում գտնվող տեղահանված շրջանների տարբեր խմբերի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են  ԱՀ ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Արթուր Թովմասյանը ներկայացրել է վերջերս ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցած քննարկումները, անդրադարձել հատկապես ԱԺ հերթական նիստում հնչեցրած իր ելույթին, որով նա դիմել է ԱՀ կառավարությանը՝ ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել որոշումն առ այն, որ հուլիսի 1-ից պետք է դադարեցվի բռնազավթված բնակավայրերի պետական հիմնարկներում աշխատած տեղահանվածների պարապուրդի վճարման գործընթացը։ ԱԺ նախագահն նշել է, որ այդ և նմանատիպ այլ հարցերի շուրջ առավել կարևոր քննարկում է ունեցել ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ։ Արթուր Թովմասյանը համոզված ընդգծել է, որ Նախագահի հանձնարարականներից բխող որոշումներ են ընդունվելու այդ ուղղությամբ՝ ապահովելով սոցիալական արդարությունն ու հավասարությունը:

Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Միքայել Վիրաբյանն իր հերթին տեղեկացրել է, որ տեղահանված շրջանների առանձին ընտանիքներին և զոհված կամ անհայտ բացակայող ունեցող ընտանիքներին հավաստագրեր տրամադրելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների ամփոփումը վերջնափուլում է։

Արթուր Թովմասյանը մտահոգություն է հայտնել թշնամու վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող  շրջաններին ու ենթաշրջաններին յուրահատուկ ավանդույթների ու մշակութային տարատեսակ շերտերի հետագա ճակատագրի առումով՝ խիստ կարևորելով այդ արժեքների պաշտպանությունը։ Ոչ հեռավոր անցյալում նման խնդիր էր ծառացել Շահումյան-Գյուլիստանի մշակութային արժեքների պահպանության առումով, իսկ այժմ կանգնած ենք Հադրութ-Դիզակի նյութական և ոչ նյութական ժառանգության պահպանման խնդրի առջև։

Միքայել Վիրաբյանը նշել է, որ ամեն կերպ ձգտում են ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել ՀՀ-ում ապրող տեղահանված արցախցիների շրջանում մատաղ սերնդի ազգային-մշակութակրթական դաստիարակությունը և համակողմանի աջակցություն է ցուցաբերվում այդ գործընթացին: 

Ոչ պակաս կարևոր է տեղահանված շրջանների՝ կրթամշակութային ոլորտների նախկին պատասխանատուների և աշխատակիցների հետ համագործակցությամբ, ինչպես նաև եղած խմբերի հին ու նոր սաների ներգրավմամբ տարբեր ձևաչափի մշակութային միջոցառումների կազմակերպումը։

Օգտագործելով հարմար առիթը՝ Միքայել Վիրաբյանն ԱՀ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարին  հրավիրել է առաջիկայում նախաձեռնող խմբերի աջակցությամբ կայանալիք՝ երեխաների պաշտպանության օրվան նվիրված միջոցառմանը, որտեղ, ի դեպ, կցուցադրվի նաև արցախյան բարբառով համեմված  ներկայացում:
