ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազը պարգև տալու խնդրանքով դիմել է ՌԴ դատախազին․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գլխավոր դատախազ Իգոր Կրասնովին վերջերս մի խնդրանքով է դիմել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի խիստ հավաստի տեղեկություններով՝ Դավթյանը Ռուսաստանի գործընկերոջը խնդրել է իրեն «Համագործակցության» մեդալ շնորհել հետագայում այն ճիշտ տեղում ու ճիշտ նպատակին ծառայեցնելու համար: «Բացարձակ հերյուրանք է, իրականության հետ որեւէ կապ չունի»,- ի պատասխան մեր հարցի՝ ասաց դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:

Համագործակցության համար հուշամեդալը, նշենք, պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը լրացող Դավթյանին հետագայում կարիերան Ռուսաստանում դասավորելու ու շարունակելու համար կարող է պետք տալ: Թեեւ հստակ չէ՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը վերընտրվելու ցանկություն կամ հնարավորություն կունենա, թե ոչ, բայց, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, իշխանություններն այս պաշտոնի համար բոլորովին այլ մարդու թեկնածություն են դիտարկում:

Այս տարվա հունվարի 12-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, ըստ որի՝ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին «Ռուսաստանի դատախազության 300 տարին» հոբելյանական մեդալով էր պարգեւատրել: Հաղորդագրությունը կարդացողներն այն տպավորությունն էին ստանում, թե Վլադիմիր Պուտինն անձամբ ու միայն Դավթյանին է պարգեւատրել, այնինչ նմանատիպ հուշամեդալներ ՌԴ նախագահն ավելի քան 3000 դատախազի է շնորհել:

Դեռեւս 2021-ի ապրիլի 20-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինի կողմից ստորագրված հրամանի մեջ նշվում է՝ «Ռուսաստանի դատախազության 300 տարին» հուշամեդալով ովքեր են պարգեւատրվելու. դրանք թե՛ ՌԴ, թե՛ նախկին ԽՍՀՄ երկրների՝ համակարգում երկարամյա աշխատանքային փորձ ունեցող անձինք են: Այնպես որ, նմանօրինակ մեդալներ, Դավթյանից բացի, 3 հազարի հասնող տարբեր այլ մարդիկ էլ ունեն: Հիմա ՀՀ դատախազը առանձին ուշադրություն ու մեդալ է ուզում»:
