Հարավային մաքսատուն-վարչության Մեղրիի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի աշխաատակիցներն  անընդմեջ պայքար են մղում Ագարակ պետական սահմանի անցման կետով ապրանքների ապօրինի տեղափոխման դեմ։

Օրերս Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի Հարավային մաքսատուն-վարչության Մեղրիի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի աշխատակիցները մաքսային հսկողութան շրջանակում, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն ուղևորվող ավտոբուսի նկատմամբ իրականացրել են  մաքսային տեսազննում: Զննման արդյունքում ավտոբուսի տանիքում նախապես պատրաստված թաքստոցից, ինչպես նաև որպես գաղտնարան օգտագործված վառելիքի բաքից, հայտնաբերվել է մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված ընդհանուր 811 բլոկ   տաքացվող սիգարետի գլանակ և  67 հատ էլեկտրոնային ծխախոտի տաքացման սարք: Հայտնաբերվել է  նաև 15 կգ քաշով տեկիլայի շշերի համար նախատեսված խցաններ, խաղաքարտեր խառնելու սարքեր, պոկեր խաղի համար նախատեսված ֆիշկաներ ու մետաղյա քեյսեր։ Հատկանշական է, որ մաքսավորները ստիպված են եղել կիրառել հատուկ գործիքներ ավտոբուսում առկա թաքստոցները բացելու նպատակով՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ դրանք փակված են եղել եռակցման եղանականով։

Ծխախոտի մեկ այլ խոշոր խմբաքանակի անօրինական տեղափոխման դեպք էլ արձանագրվել է մայիսի 10-ին, երբ Իրանից Հայաստան ժամանած բեռնատարում առկա գաղտնարաններից հայտնաբերվել է 1097 տուփ  իրանական ծխախոտ։ Բացի այդ, նշված բեռնատարում առկա է եղել  նաև, մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցման եղանակով, Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ապօրինի ներմուծված 116 տուփ տարբեր տեսակի դեղամիջոց։ 

Վերջին օրերին, Մեղրիի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի աշխատակիցները, մեկ այլ իրավախախտում էլ են  բացահայտել: Իրանից ժամանած բեռնատար տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդի խցիկից հայտնաբերվել են չհայտարարագրված, 4,5 կգ ընդհանուր քաշով, տրյուֆել տեսակի սնկեր։

Նշված դեպքերի առնչությամբ Հարավային մաքսատուն-վարչությունում իրականացվում է վարչական վարույթ ՀՀ մաքսային օրենսգրքի 201 և 203 րդ հոդվածների հատկանիշներով, իսկ հայտնաբերված ապրանքները վերցվել են որպես մաքսային կանոնների խախտման անմիջական օբյեկտ: Հարավային մաքսատուն-վարչությունը հորդորում է Ագարակ պետական սահմանի անցման կետով ժամանող և մեկնող վարորդներին և ուղևորներին զերծ մնալ ՀՀ մաքսային օրենսդրության պահանջները խախտելուց:
