1. Միրզոյանի վաշինգտոնյան այցը ֆիասկո էր:

2. Հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30 ամյակը լուրջ առիթ էր՝ օրակարգը վերաիմաստավորելու և թարմացնելու համար, ինչը չարվեց:

3. Հաշվի առնելով 30 ամյա հաբելյանը, ամերիկցիները պետքարտուղարի մակարդակով հանդիպում էին տվել: Ցավոք, այդ հանդիպումը չօգտագործվեց լուրջ օրակարգային հարցերի քննարկման կամ մեր շահերից բխող օրակարգն առաջ մղելու համար:

4. Շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ հանդիպումների ընթացքում Արարատ Միրզոյանը չի բարձրացրել Արցախի կարգավիճակի, Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման և ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքին վերաբերող հարցեր: Ինչպես նկատում եք, իր փոխարեն դա ամերիկյան կողմն է անում:

5. Միրզոյանի հետ հանդիպում էր կազմակերպվել Atlantic Council ուղեղային կենտրոնում (դուք ուրիշ ուղեղային կենտրոն չգիտե՞ք) որին մասնակցեցին ընդամենը 20 հոգի, այդ թվում դեսպանության աշխատակազմը և պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունը՝ զբաղեցնելով սենյակի կեսից ավելին:
